Dave did a great job designing, fabricating and installing skirting for our deck. He is definitely my go to contractor in the future.

I had an idea of what I wanted, and D. Thomas made it happen, and even better than I could have imagined! Dave came shopping with me to pick out interior and bi-fold closet doors to insure I made the right choices in sizes, we picked out hardware, and even the baseboards. He pro-ed and con-ed everything for me, and when it came to making a decision from lighting fixtures to door handles, it was my decision and I made fabulous choices all with Dave's guidance. His workmanship was so detailed and precise, and he always had me check out his work to make sure I was happy. During the process Dave always cleaned up what he could when he left for the day and at the end of the job, Dave made sure the outside was cleaned up too. I have recommended D. Thomas Remodeling, he knows what he's doing, he's professional, and affordable. D. Thomas Remodeling will also be doing my kitchen and dining room remodel.

H was very professional, polite, showed up on time, and efficient. I was very happy with the end result.

I wish that I hired them to do my kitchen. I paid $40,000 for work that took nearly 5 mounts, and I got very poor workmanship. I would hire D Thomas again

Timely and good work.

Dave Thomas and his team remodeled the first floor of our home. This included installation of new kitchen and powder room, hardwood flooring, design and installation of new fireplace mantel and surround, design and installation of new stairway railing, new front door, lighting changes, trim work and painting. They were outstanding ! He provided initial designs and estimates based on our plans. Updates were provided as the work progressed. They were very easy to work with, providing suggestions and advice and accepting our suggestions and change requests. Their craftmanship was excellent in the kitchen trim work, new fireplace mantel and surround, wainscoting trim work, crown molding, and stairway railing. They communicated very well, cleaned up daily, and were very pleasant. We had a few surprises as walls and floors were opened, but he provided realistic options on how to address the issues. I would hire them again for another project and recommend them highly. We have received numerous compliments from friends and family on their work and the changes to our home.

Mr.Thomas and the men who work for him are very professional. They were on time, they didn't waste time or lollygag around. They did a great job on my ceiling repair and painting. Everyone was very polite and respectful. We will be hiring them for our next project and I recommend them to everyone I know!

These guys were amazing. They replaced my porch floor with composite material and I love it. It looks beautiful. They also made sure that the foundation underneath was repaired where needed to guarantee many years of hassle-free maintenance. This project was, by far, the best work I have ever had done by a contractor. David contacted me, came out to the house and we talked about the entire project - what was to be done, how he would do it, why he was doing it that way, and how much it would cost. Watching him work, it is obvious that he is a craftsman who is proud of his work, not just slapping something together as fast as he can. The pergola came out perfectly. I sit beneath it daily and admire it. I cannot recommend David highly enough.
