D & D Chem-Dry

They have a lot of equipment but they didn't move the furniture. They just cleaned around it. I wouldn't recommend them that much.

The car back seat had been soaked by our dog and after attempting to clean on our own, the smell would not go away. D&D came out to our house the same day I call and treated the seat. They were done in less than half an hour, and the seat is now thoroughly cleaned and doesn't smell at all!! They were extremely accommodating addressing our issue ASAP, and I couldn't be happier. The price was VERY reasonable!

I had some concerns after I had used this company last year. This time, they did an absolutely wonderful job!! The carpeting and the upholstered piece look great and we couldn't be happier. Will most definitely call them again in the Spring!!

Cleaned areas using the dry method. He answered all questions and gave attention to areas with tough soils.

As I stated above, the representative told me that they would let me know how much it is once they arrived. I applaud them for being prompt to respond to my call when I first made contact, however we initially agreed on the afternoon, then they asked if we could change the day, then from afternoon to morning, so it was a bit unsettling because I had to keep going back to my employer to ask for more time off.

I was happy with them. They were very prompt, very courteous and I thought they did a thorough job.

I have old carpeting, and it needed some work. I had another company do the carpet cleaning, and it wasn’t the best job. When D & D Chem Dry came out, they said that the other company had probably not gotten the entire cleaning agent out. The person who came out seemed to really know what he was doing. I did not know who they were, and I was probably taking a risk, but at that point, I would have liked anybody to come and do the work; they couldn’t have made it worse than it already was. They used some kind of a different system and technique, and it worked very well. They took care of that, and I was very satisfied with them. I used them only once, and they were worthwhile. It was a good experience, and I was glad that I picked them out to do the work. I did not spend very much. It was very little compared to what I expected. When I made the phone call, they told me that there would be a minimum of $100. I had already spent money on this, so another $100 would not have made much of a difference. Their price of $107 included tax. I don’t know how their price would have compared with others. They did a really good job. They were probably a franchise. They did not have a lot to work with, but the quality was very good compared to the age of the carpet. They responded very quickly. I would rate them highly and would have them come back if I needed them.

The carpets that needed cleaning were 2 bedrooms and 2 landings. The carpets were quite dirty. After the first visit I thought they were not clean enough. They scheduled another visit and did sections again. This time the carpets looked a lot cleaner. The company was good to work with. One aspect I was very pleased about was the carpets were quite dry after the work. I have had carpets cleaned where the carpet was damp for a couple of days.

Better results than conventional methods, dryer faster, and cleaner without residue.

On time, friendly and professional. Switched schedule of staff to accommodate my schedule. Dried quickly and looked great. I would hire again.

CARPET & FURNITURE CLEANING - THEY LEFT BROWN CRUSTY SPOTS UNDER FURNITURE LEGS AND ALSO DID NOT CLEAN CARPET WELL.

CLEANED 3 BEDROOMS, LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, AND HALF FINISHED BASEMENT. BETTER THAN STEAM CLEANING BECAUSE IT IS DRY IN 2 HOURS.
