Cyngier Heating & Air Conditioning

Called Cyngier Heating & Air Conditioning when A/C wasn't cooling and ended up with a bill for $411.50 to change the capacitor that took less than 30 minutes and cost around $23.55 to buy. I expected to pay extra for a Saturday service call($106) but to pay an additional $305 for the work described what a disaster. What's the price break down for the service: $300/hr and 500% markup for parts? As a mom in a pinch I WON'T be calling Cyngier Heating & Air Conditioning again and will be sure NOT to recommend.

I'm very happy with them. I got a 2-year contract. I would absolutely use them in the future. The best thing about them is when they say they're going to be here at 9:00, they are here at 9:00. They are very prompt.

No issues - did exactly as we requested.

There were some bumps in the installation that I wasn't happy with but I didn't think I would ever have to deal with Cyngier again so I wasn't worried about it. This year I had an issue with my furnace and hired a company to come and look at it. The problem should have been covered under a warranty. Here is a very brief explanation of what I found out and where I am at right now: 1. My furnace problem was diagnosed by heating and air conditioning company that is Licensed, Goldstar rated by the BBB, and is a six-year Super Service award recipient from Angie?s List. 2. I purchased from Cyngier what was presented to me to be a Carrier 10-Year Manufacturer?s Parts Warranty at the time that the furnace, air conditioning system, humidifier and thermostat were installed (December 2007). 3. I actually don?t have a warranty because the manufacturer's (Carrier) position is that a warranty of this type never existed in 2007. 4. Had my product had a warranty, I would be able to go to a Carrier dealer of my choice and would not be billed for any parts under the warranty Cyngier sold me. 5. Although Cyngier had fixed the problem that occurred with my furnace, I am still without a warranty. It was a struggle to get Cyngier to accept the dianogsis and honor the warranty and honor the original repair charge. I am at Cyngier?s mercy because I have no choice but to try to get them to honor what they sold me should I have a problem in the future. I feel Cyngier should purchase some type of home warranty for me that would cover the parts to the furnance, air-conditioning, humidifier and thermostat until December 2017. I have contacted the Ohio Attorney General, but Cyngier isn't responding to them regarding the warranty issue. Dr. Roseanne Cyngeir has made many untrue statements to the Attorney General and to me and she has questioned the integrity of every business I have talked to regarding this.

AS USUAL, CYNGIER WAS FAIRLY PRICED, PUNCTUAL, ATTENTIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL. OVER THE PAST FEW DECADES WE HAVE HAD TWO HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS INSTALLED BY ROSEANN'S CREW AND MOST RECENTLY ADDED A GAS FURNACE TO THE LAST SYSTEM TO CREATE A HYBRID SYSTEM WHICH PERFORMS AWESOMELY!! ROSEANN HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL, HER WORKERS EXCELLENT, AND PRODUCTS TOP OF THE LINE. I WOULD RECOMMEND CYNGIER HEATING AND COOLING TO ANYONE., AND FREQUENTLY DO! IF ALL CONSTRUCTION/REPAIR/SERVICE PROVIDERS WERE AS GOOD AS CYNGIER, ANGIE'S LIST WOULD NOT BE NEEDED!! IF YOU NEED HEATING OR COOLING, GIVE ROSEANN A CALL!

It went from $14,000 to $17,000. We are not going with them. They came out here to look and gave us a clout. The owner of the company does the sale and she is very good. She is a little forceful in her sale but she is very knowledgeable. I do not have a problem with them at all but they are on a higher end with ultimately that was the reason why I will not go with them. But she is very thorough and did very good on her follow-up. I would recommend them but they are on higher price then that we decided not to go with.

They put a new heat pump system in for us about 5-6 years ago. I am probably going to have them put a new gas furnace system in for me because gas lines were run down to my development now. They are very professional. For the most part, the technicians that come here are very good. Roseanne runs a business the way that I would run a business if I had one. She takes care of loose ends and keeps a good eye on things. They sell quality products. I have been real happy with the line of products they use. They have been in business for a while and I would definitely recommend them.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.

They did satisfactory work. The work was covered under our homeowners policy so I only paid $50. I never saw a bill. The work was done quickly and on time. He explained everything thoroughly. He was not perfect, but above average. They are good, but I am unsure about their pricing.

A friend of mine furnace went out in the middle of winter, they referred me to this company. I gave them a call, they came out to my house. They sent out 3 men for the job. It was about a 12 hour job.

Installation could not have been any better. It is wonderful. I then started developing problems with heat pump and now they are telling me to do this, that and the other. I now have a spring and fall service contract. The service on the unit is not good and now I am getting rust on the unit. I can't complain about installation. I am now not happy with the company. The unit is only 5 years old. The installation was great but the service has not been so good.

They are great and I've had no problems at all. They have always been very reliable. They send you coupons and discounts. They did put in a new furnace for me and I had no problems with that either.

Furnace and hot water heater checked for proper functioning. Work explained and evaluation discussed. They ran a special last year, where you could pay for two years, I was impressed that I wasn't charged at all for the annual check this year. That kind of straightforwardness is very much appreciated by consumers.

They did an excellent job, only thing I did not like was When I found cigarette butts in my trash can and my yard. I will use them again.

Roseann Cyngier explained different units and brands, left pamphlets, came back a second time to sign purchase order and answer any questions. Workmen were professional and polite, cleaned up after themselves, explained how the unit worked. We have since had them back to check the unit. Good company to deal with.

THE CYNGIER HEATING AND A/C INSTALLATION TEAM WAS VERY PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND POLITE. THEY MISSED A COUPLE OF DETAILS DURING THE REPLACEMENT/INSTALLATION OF THE NEW SYSTEM, BUT FIXED THEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING FOUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND CYNGIER TO ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR HEATING AND A/C SYSTEMS.

GOT THREE QUOTES FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES IN ANGIE'S LIST. TWO COMPANIES WERE EXCELLENT FROM A COMFORT/UNDERSTANDING PERSPECTIVE DURING THE QUOTE PROCESS - BUT CYNGIER WERE BY FAR THE BETTER PRICE. THEY WERE VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH ME REGARDING TIMING, AND WERE PUNCTUAL ON THE DATES FOR INSTALLATION. THE WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT, THE GUYS CLEANED UP EACH DAY AND THE 'BOSS' CAME AROUND AND THE END OF THE JOB TO CHECK ON IT. THEY WERE ALWAYS WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THERE WAS ADDITIONAL DUCTING WORK NEEDED OVER WHAT WAS ON THE QUOTE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE SYSTEM WORK CORRECTLY - AND THEY DID THIS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN A HEARTBEAT. WELL DONE CYNGIER. TELL EVERYONE - THEY WERE GREAT.
