Work was excellent. Mike removed all wrinkles from carpet and you’d never know they were there. He was unexpectedly short handed the day we were scheduled, and he still showed up, worked very hard, and stayed late to make sure the work was done right. Would highly recommend him.

They came and gave me an estimate and then returned to finish the work. Only took an hour and looks great now.

Could not have gone better. Mike came out gave us the estimate, dropped off samples, we made our choice and they set up time for install. The gentlemen who did the work were very cordial and professional. The job looks great - when someone knows what they're doing it all looks so easy. I will most certainly use them again.

We had ripples in the carpet that ran the length of our family room. Our call was returned quickly and we scheduled the work. They showed up on time reviewed what would be done and the price. The project was completed in approximately 2-1/2 hours. Very professional and even vacuumed and removed the scraps before leaving. We could not be happier with the results! We will definitely use their services in the future.

CSR arrived on time and determined that the extra carpet I had for the repair was not the same quality as the stained carpet. We went from room to room to determine a match and appropriate area to cut out a small portion of carpet. The stained patch was repaired and it looks great. Now I do not need to use a rug to cover the area any longer. Great Job! Will definitely use them again if the need comes up.

My boyfriend put in ceramic tile, but tore out some carpet to do it. We didn't know how to make the tile and carpet "meet up" properly. I described the issue on the phone to CSR, who said they could fix it and create the transition from carpet to tile (about a 12 foot long line going across an open floor plan). They gave me a quote when they arrived, stuck to the quote, did excellent work, and were quick. I highly recommend them for carpet repairs, including trimming and cutting, adding transitions, and measuring. Also, my dogs were loud and annoying, and they were super nice about it.

Gave me a phone quote and a firm date and a tentative earlier date. Called to say he could not do the earlier date but was firm with the quoted date. In out and done at an excellent price. Definitely will use in the future when a need arises.

We had a Ryan Home built about 3 years ago, and throughout the house carpeting was getting significant ripples from being improperly installed. Ryan refused to remedy the situation since they only warranty for 1 year. CSR Carpet Service quoted the project for what we felt was a very fair price given the size of the job. I had to reschedule twice after throwing my back out and being unable to clear out rooms of misc stuff on floors until I was feeling better. The owner was very flexible and understanding. Workers put all large pieces of furniture on plastic furniture movers so we did not have to completely empty each room. Everything was put back in its place before they left. Extra tack strips were put down on one side of each room to help hold tension on the newly power stretched carpets. Everything was neatly trimmed of excess after stretching and rooms vacuumed of any mess. I will be calling them back to do the finished basement when we are ready to fully use that space as well. They were very professional and careful with our furniture and belongings. Highly Recommended.

For the past year or so, we've been unhappily living with incredible ripples in the carpeting in our hallway and master bedroom. These areas were recarpeted about 3-1/2 years ago and weren't a problem until we had them cleaned a year ago. The carpeting wasn't some cheap off-brand, and we've never had this problem before in any of our homes. Our call to Circle Floors where we bought the carpeting was met with and quot;I'll have to check our records and get back to you.and quot; We never heard back, and they no longer answer their phone (it rings endlessly), so it appears they're no longer in business. The sight of these terrible waves in our carpeting just drove me crazy -- do we have to buy new carpeting again?? I finally decided to research Angie's List for a company that would restretch this mess. Luckily, I found CSR!! The owner came to our rescue and found that the restretching produced an excess of 2 inches that should have been stretched during installation. Mike had 2 young men working with him in our home, and I told them I was impressed with their manners and how they handled themselves. Mike is a fine gentleman himself, and his assistants are just like him. Fine guys with the work ethic that made America great. I hope I never have a problem like this in the future, but I recommend CSR to anyone who needs this service. TOTALLY HAPPY WITH C.S.R. AND SO GLAD I FOUND THEM ON ANGIE'S LIST.

They came and looked at what I had done, gave me an estimate to remove the rest of the padding that needed replacing, installing new padding, and then stretching and reinstalling the carpet. He said he could do it the next day, so we agreed. He was there on time the next day with an assistant, and they got the job done. It was a little more involved than he thought it would be, but he stuck to the original estimate anyway and finished in about 3 hours. The basement looks perfect again, and they could not have been nicer people to deal with. It was a little expensive, but I had other estimates for even more, so I think they were fair with me. I'd definitely recommend them.

The job was beautiful. they restretched a hallway and three bedrooms. the carpet looked good as new. I was very pleased. and they were very fast.

I called CSR to fix a corner of my carpet that my dog had torn up. They were very quick to return calls and to come out. I had leftover carpet so the entire charge, including the service call, was $69.00. Well worth it. The carpet is repaired and you can't even tell where the work was done. I absolutely would call CSR in the future and would recommend them to friends. Thank you so much!

Great Job! Did the living room and dining room carpet that has been making bubbles for years. They called on Thursday and came on Saturday. Moved all the furniture and got the carpet stretched out and then vacuumed the carpet.

I called on Monday and they were able to schedule me for the next day, on Tuesday afternoon. They moved all of the furniture necessary to do the stretching and vacuumed when finished. This father/son team did a great job! I would definitely call them again.

In our rec room we had a pool table and the re-stretch seemed to us a complicated job. My husband asked many questions and the CSR team were very patient, explaining how the pool table and some other furniture needed to be moved to have the job done correctly. And they took care of everything for us! The carpeting looked like new again and they did an excellent job. We wanted to share this review because over the thanksgiving weekend we came across some friends who also needed their carpet re-stretched and we highly recommend CSR before going to anyone else!

We needed carpets stretched in the living room, dining room, hallway and two bedrooms. Called C.S.R for an estimate, they came out quickly, inspected the carpet and gave a very fair estimate. Set up appointment to have it done. When they arrived to do the work there were three workers, they worked quickly and were very professional. One of the bedrooms had heavy office furniture which they moved an then put back. They cleaned up after they were finished. I would definitely use their services again.
