The poster boards were ready for pick-up less than 24 hours later. I was pleased with the quality of the poster boards and with the price.

I took a disc into the store and selected prints to be made. It took about an hour, as promised, and the quality of the prints was great. The price was excellent as well. If you order on-line it would be even more convenient since you could pick them up without waiting.

They were prompt. I got the car in and they took it in and replaced the tires. They did not ask and they filled my tires with nitrogen instead of just air at no extra charge. I will use their service in the future.

Since we have been Costco members for years, and had a great experience with their car-buying program, we decided to use their Custom Decorator service for our new carpet. Although they use local subcontractors, we figured that Costco would help us should any problems arise. This did not turn out to be the case. Their price was in the same ballpark as other quotes that we got. The "designer", who came to our house within a few days of our calling for the service, seemed to know his job very well. We were pleased with the information that he gave us, liked the samples that he brought, and ordered the carpet that day. The problems began with the carpet installation, by a team from the subcontractor Allied Carpet, at the beginning of January 2011. I have filed a separate report about this company, in which they received all "F's". In short, they were rude and sloppy, and left our professionally-painted, immaculate walls full of dings, gouges and handprints. Beginning with the day after that installation, we spent the next four weeks speaking with Costco customer reps, and Allied Carpet, to try to get the damage repaired. Allied Carpet never admitted that there was a problem, even after one of their people came out and looked at the walls (for more on this see my report on Allied). We made about a half dozen calls in the next two weeks to the Costco customer representative (there was a specific person assigned to this order), who did not accomplish anything, had not made any notes on the account about the problem, and kept saying that he had to "do some research" and would get back to us. We then asked to speak to his supervisor, who also gave us vague assurances, saying that she would talk with Allied. All she did was speak with the receptionist at the company (as we had), and told us that they would fix the damage. However, Allied would only admit to "two small nicks". The Costco supervisor finally paid attention to our story, when we stopped payment on the credit card (another drawback to this arrangement is that they charge your card when you order, rather than when the job has been completed). We sent photos of the 30+ instances of wall damage. After a few more iterations via email, and a repair estimate from our painter, she agreed to reimburse us for the cost of repair, with a Costco cash card (i.e. a debit card that can only be used at Costco). We accepted, and finally had our walls repainted and were able to move back into our upstairs rooms. Meanwhile, the credit card company had contacted Costco because of the stop payment. After 30 days (about the time that we finally got the resolution from the supervisor), we received a written notice about their attempt at "mediating" with Costco. They were told by the company: "The customer must call Shaw Carpet...as they installed the carpet and Costco only supplied the material." First, Shaw Carpet did not install anything; they are the carpet manufacturer. Whoever answered this complaint at Costco did not even bother to get the facts right. Second, it's clear from this response that Costco was not about to take responsibility for damages incurred by a subcontractor. It turns out that we were lucky to get a supervisor who finally realized that something needed to be done for us in this situation. Ironically, when we received the cash card (a few more weeks later), there was a statement that they were sorry that we had a bad experience, and were investigating. In short, our experience with carpet installation using Costco Customer Decorators was a nightmare that lasted for months after the actual work was done. Although they did reimburse us for the damage, we were left with a very bad impression of their choice of subcontractors, their customer service, and their responsiveness when one of their subcontractors caused damage. We will NEVER use this service again.

Ordered online and was notified when they arrived at the Mayfield Heights store. We went to the store on a Monday at the opening time and were first in line (they do not make appointments). They installed the tires while we shopped which took just over an hour. The service person was very professional and explained all of the additional free services provided by Costco such as flat repair, rotation, rebalancing, refilling of nitrogen, and lug nut torque testing. This was our second set of tires purchased from Costco and will definitely use them again.

A lady from Costco came out to our house and asked me what I wanted. She was like the design lady and she set everything up. She took the measurements and also brought some samples. I got a discount from Costco which included a free sink and also $400 off. The people who installed were not from Costco and they were good too. It saved me a lot of time shopping around. I could have gone to a place closer, but I just went with whatever Costco said for having the countertops installed. I did have a good experience and they were professional too. I might not use their services again since it was far for me to go there.

I purchased new tires that contained nitrogen instead of air in them. They rotated the tires and added the nitrogen for free. I do not need to take an appointment. All that I do is take my car in and the work is done.

The overall job went just fine. They worked in the allotted time and completed the job when they said they would. The technicians were personable and would recommend them.

My experience with Costco is good. The lines were very long the last time I was there but it's part of shopping there. Overall we're real happy with this business.

Ordering is very easy online and installation is next week.

They were very prompt. The salesperson who came out gave us great recommendations as far as the countertops. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us really good ideas that would make everything look perfect and matching.

It went excellent working with them. They have great customer service. You can go back and have the tires periodically rotated at no extra cost to you. They will also put more nitrogen in tires if you need it.

Because our specific type of tire was not in stock, we had to wait a few days before the installation could be performed. The courtesy and follow-through of the staff was exemplary throughout the process: calling to inform us the tires were delivered; informing us of the $60 Michelin promotion; having the car ready when promised. Included with this deal is tire mounting and rotation/balancing for the life of the tires, using nitrogen fill instead of regular air (more consistent tire pressure with temperature swings), and valve/stems. Altogether, this was a very positive experience, which also saved us a lot of money over standard retail prices.

Well, the website took a great deal of time for me to be able to upload my pictures, but once that was finished, I thought that I would be able to just go into the Costco Photo Center and pick them up as the website said. The surprise being that when I went to Costco, they said that they did not have any pictures done for me, nothing was printed, and there was no record of anything for me that was supposed to be printed. The clerk said maybe go do it again. I was not interested in doing it again with Costco. I ended up having them printed by another company. Weeks later, after I had already had them done by another company, Costco called to tell me that they had prints sitting for me. During this time, I let my Costco membership lapse intentionally, as a result of this experience and other reasons. When I told them that I no longer had the membership card, they said that they would destroy the pictures. Oh well, I probably would have bought some of them.

COSTCO'S PRICES FOR TIRES & INSTALLATION DEFINITELY BLOW THE COMPETITION OUT OF THE WATER. HOWEVER, WHEN MY CAR WAS FINISHED, THEY TOLD ME THAT ONE OF THE BOLTS HAD BEEN BROKEN. THEY BLAMED IT ON WHOEVER HAD SERVICED MY CAR PREVIOUSLY, BUT I THINK IT WAS PROBABLY COSTCO'S FAULT. NOW I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE & PAY TO HAVE THE BOLT FIXED. ALSO IT TOOK 3 HOURS LONGER THAN THEY ESTIMATED.
