yCharlie Crowe was specialist. Listened well to me and my symptoms and desires. Explained everything clearly.and patiently. Tested my hearing, helped me select the hearing aid, provided a test version for me to try in the store. Ordered the instrument and a week later when it arrived adjusted it to my reqruiements. Helped me understand what I needed to do to embrace them and learn to use them. Next visit adjusted the instruments. There is a gradual adjustment up to the point where they are optimal. So far I am very pleased. Hearing aids are not inexpensive, but the price here was as reasonable as I have heard of for custom instruments.

I purchased two new Firestone tires. they balanced and rotated the front to rear and put the new tires on the front. They even explained why. Very detailed and thorough. Polite and informative. The costs were moderate, nothing special but the long warranty period for being a member of Costco was a benefit.

Costco - Cleveland are great. Before I got my tires, I spoke to my mechanic and he said that for that price, I should get them from tires. They don't take appointments and it is all on first come first serve basis so I would tell every body to go on Wednesdays as that is their least busiest days.

Costco - Cleveland is inexpensive relatively speaking and I think they were very professional, they are always there and they have a warranty and if you lose your hearing aids, they replace them. I like their price, they gave me a whole lot of little things like some batteries and a place to keep your hearing aids, I like the people who I deal with , I like their warranty and I like that they have 6 month follow up.

The first time we went to Costco was to present my hearing tests and talk about hearing aids. I found that not only would I have to join Costco, which I had expected, but I'd also have to get an American Express card, because that's all Costco takes, and I had neither enough cash ($2761.00) nor a checkbook with me. We got the membership and the card, and went back to the hearing department, where we found the card wasn't okayed for the full cost of the hearing aids. Went home, waited for the and quot;officialand quot; card in the mail. When it came, we called American Express, and found we couldn't get the amount available raised until 60 days had passed. Holidays intervened, and it was three weeks later that we came back armed with cash and the card. This time, the card took the whole cost of the hearing aids, no problem. That whole part was a nuisance, which is why I downrated and quot;customer service.and quot; I think things would have been different, had I guessed higher for our income. (We're retired; it comes in dribs and drabs; I just put down a wild guess.) I would have stalked out had not pocketbook overcome principle. But the people at the hearing aid department were lovely, helpful, great communicators, friendly--all one could wish. And the price was, I believe, at least a thousand dollars less than it would have been elsewhere. Oh, and the hearing aids are great!

The doctor we used was very good. We were happy with the services as well as the prescription glasses. The doctor we saw did a fantastic job. It was extremely informative. He has the same attitude that I have toward medicine as I do. You don't have to go out and spend a ton of money doing things. He doesn't recommend eye surgery because it's dangerous. He does a good job making sure the glasses are right.

They're nice and they're punctual. I order it on the phone and go pick it up later. They tell me when it will be ready and I don't have to wait for it. It's a good service.
