 + -1 moreTHEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON TWO DIFFERENT TIMES AND WHEN I CALL THEY DO NOT RESPOND. THEY DID NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISE.
Description of Work: I HAD A CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR LAWN IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.

 + -1 moreCORSI HAS PROVIDED THE SERVICES TO ME FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS. THEY COME OUT PROMPTLY AND GET THE SERVICE DONE CORRECTLY, BUT DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON ADDITIONAL THINGS. FOR THE PAST TWO SPRINGS I HAVE ASKED FOR A PART TO BE INSTALLED THAT REDUCES THE VIBRATION IN MY LINE. BOTH TIMES THEY HAVE NOT HAD THE ITEM ON THE TRUCK, AND HAVE NEVER FOLLOWED UP TO GET ONE IN AND INSTALL IT. THEY ARE WALKING AWAY FROM OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE ADDITIONAL MONEY. THEIR PRICES ARE GOOD, BASED ON WHAT IT COST TO REPLACE SEVERAL SPRINKLER HEADS THE FIRST YEAR OF SERVICE.
Description of Work: SPRING TURN ON OF LAWN SPRINKLER SYSTEM, AND FALL SHUT OFF AND BLOW OUT OF SPRINKLER SYSTEM.

 + -1 moreSTARTED THE JOB BEFORE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED, WORKED IN START-STOP FASHION, DRAGGED WORK OUT OVER MANY WEEKS, BADLY DISRUPTED EXISTING LANDSCAPING, VERY BAD AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS, OWNERS NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS, AND HAVING PROBLEMS ALREADY WITH FOLLOW UP SERVICE REQUESTS.
