They were outstanding right from the very start, the estimate was perfect, the service was great, they were polite , efficient and they were very careful. It was an excellent quality service.

The team from Corrigan was extremely professional. They were polite, respectful of our antiques, and followed our placement instructions perfectly. We found their services to be everything we could have wanted. Moving across the country to a new city could have been traumatic. The team at Corrigan made it as painless as it could possibly be. Theinside team, led by Juan, was superb. They were friendly, efficient, fast and very knowledgeable about how to move fragile pieces. We will use them again when we need anything moved.

Our move went well. Laura, in the office, is a great communicator and answered all of our questions. Ben, our driver, was awesome. The only problem was that the first local team contracted to unload the truck was both late and incompetent. They were sent home and another team came in that afternoon to unload. The second team was great.

First the good - The move co-ordinator Jennifer A. Bok was great. She kept me well informed on all fronts at all times. All my stuff got to Seattle in one piece and on time. Now the really bad that made this whole experience horrible. There was some damage to my wall caused by the movers and the insurance company did not pay the claim. Initially after the drivers loaded the goods into the trucks I had to sign a document that said there was no damage. After the long process of loading I looked around very quickly and said no damage. This was the first mistake, I should have looked at every wall and every corner. If you hire these guys, please DO A COMPLETE IN DEPTH walk around do no sign anything. Then the movers left and later at night when we were eating dinner noticed a hole in the corner of one of the walls. We planned to file a claim. But with the move across the country and me essentially doing it on my own. I did not have time till I got to Seattle and got a little settled in Seattle. After I filed the claim they sent someone to look at the damage - not sure why they bothered. Then they rejected the claim stating there was no way for them to know if I had caused the damage because I waited 2 weeks to file the claim. I explained to them why, but it did not matter. I was also particularly disappointed in the drivers. I initially thought they were great guys, but apparently they said something to the insurance folks about my friends coming to pick up more furniture. I was so saddened by their lack of integrity. I had some furniture left behind and I had talked about how I will have my friends pick it up later. But my friends came to pick it up Feb 5th. I moved January 20th. And the furniture my friends picked up was in the basement and kitchen. This damage was in the living room. Anyway because of this I cannot recommend the company to anyone. Maybe if they do no damage they are great. But they did not treat me well, when there was damage.

Great experience. Our Syracuse mover contracted for two guys (Al and Brandon) to help unload the truck once it arrived in Youngstown. Since we did not hire them directly I don't know how cost competitive they are but they definitely provided good service. They handled our furniture and boxes well without a scratch to a door or wall! Both guys clearly had a lot of moving experience and knew what they were doing! If all the team at Carney McNicholas is as good as this team, you won't be disappointed!

I decided to go with them because I got a discounted price. I thought they were very professional. The price was almost half the price I got from other companies.

Wonderful experience. Everyone was professional. I really appreciated the communication. I knew when they were going to come to pack, load, move and finally unload. I could not be at the final location, but our mover Joe called and let me know how everything was going. Moving is so stressful, and this was by far, my best experience. Thank you!

Front office was responsive. I gave the most detailed info I could and we worked out everything online. I dealt with the field rep - and then the front office for the quote and payment. They were professional and efficient. This company was recommended to me be another mover who just didn't go all the way to Seattle. They showed up on time and packed up the house amazingly quickly. They arrived in Seattle within the expected time frame - and the unpacking went quickly. All items were in good shape.

Carney-McNicholas arrived on time and eager to work. They spent four hours moving, wrapping, and then placing my items where I asked them to without complaint. Very easy to deal with and extremely professional. Would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. I bought a coupon from the "Big Deal" and they contacted me within a couple of days to see what I might need. They were very responsive.

Excellent! They arrived at exactly 8:30 a.m. to the minute as they said they would, were very professional and accomodating. Extremely efficient! The two brothers worked great together! I appreciate all they did and how well they did it!

United Van Lines contacted me promply and the date I requested was setup, much to my surprise. The crew arrived on time and were polite, courteous and very careful with the furniture. They got the job done and was on their way.

I purchased the Big Deal and was very surprised that there would be an additional $200 for the rental of the truck. I think it's fine to do that, but it should've been in the description of the deal. The extra charge was for the truck, but the deal said that you get two men and a truck. I think that the deal is very misleading. I have contacted Angie's List for a refund of my Big Deal purchase. My wife did say that they are very nice and pleasant to speak with over the phone, though. My biggest issue is that I feel mislead by the deal.

The service has been great overall! They've done everything they said they'd do.

From initial quote through packing and loading, ending with delivery and unloading, this carrier performed at a high level of excellence. We are very satisfied and would recommend them and use them again when the need arises.
