Description of Work: I called for home delivery of a 20 yard waste container. It was delivered the same day that I called (very nice). The initial delivery was great. Paula at Cooper is great as well. The container was picked up 2 days after I asked it to be, a bit inconvenient but not terrible. That is the reason for D in punctuality. The other negative was that the driver picking up the container took a tire out of the waste in the container and threw it causing it to hit our house (he must not have realized that we have surveillance cameras setup). Fortunately the tire just bounced off the siding and left a smudge mark. We were never told of anything that we could not throw out in the waste container, but going by the driver's actions you can't throw out a tire. I would still use this company in the future, but I would be prepared to not have them pickup the container on-time.

Description of Work: We used several 40Ft dumpsters from Cooper Disposal. They brought the dumpsters to our worksite at the times specified and picked up and replaced as soon as we requested. Their drivers were all professional in placing the dumpsters were we required. They did not damage the property while placing or removing the dumpsters. Each dumpster cost $390 and we had 5 total units. We would pay for the dumpster when delivered and I would receive a paid receipt for my records in the mail within 2 days. They were courteous and helpful at all times.

+ -1 moreCalled for quote, got a price of $360 for 20 yard dumpster, was very surprised at the $50 a day (past 7days) rate... I was told this is only during the busy time of the year. When I went to order they said there was a $40 delivery charge... I got annoyed and said never mind... when you get a quote I expect it for everything. She said OK, I am sorry, I will make it $10 delivery charge. Drivers were very friendly and willing to shuffle the box to make the tight location. Prompt delivery and pick-up. The $370 was for yard waste, construction waste is $20 cheaper construction

+ 0 moreI submitted an online request for a quote to rent a dumpster. They called back within an hour and gave me an estimate. The estimate included everything (delivery, tax, etc.) as opposed to some other places where it took 20 questions to get what the actual price was going to be. I sat on the quote for about a week while I shopped around. I called and ordered, the dumpster was dropped off early the next day. The driver was extremely professional. I have a narrow driveway and he did a great job of getting the dumpster exactly where I needed it and took great care to not run over the lawn. They picked it up one week later and arrived exactly when they said they would. Extremely professional and courteous people across the board. Would definitely use again.
