Everything was so easy.  I called, talked to a friendly associate.  The dumpster was delivered on time without incident and removed promptly when we were finished.  They are my first call for all our dumpster needs.

Called for quote, got a price of $360 for 20 yard dumpster, was very surprised at the $50 a day (past 7days) rate... I was told this is only during the busy time of the year.  When I went to order they said there was a $40 delivery charge... I got annoyed and said never mind... when you get a quote I expect it for everything.  She said OK, I am sorry, I will make it $10 delivery charge.
Drivers were very friendly and willing to shuffle the box to make the tight location.  Prompt delivery and pick-up. 
The $370 was for yard waste, construction waste is $20 cheaper construction

They were very friendly on the phone and immediate service for drop off and pickup made me use them again. I was not there when they dropped it off and the driver called to see where I wanted it and it was perfect. I highly recommend cooper disposal.

I submitted an online request for a quote to rent a dumpster. They called back within an hour and gave me an estimate. The estimate included everything (delivery, tax, etc.) as opposed to some other places where it took 20 questions to get what the actual price was going to be. I sat on the quote for about a week while I shopped around. I called and ordered, the dumpster was dropped off early the next day. The driver was extremely professional. I have a narrow driveway and he did a great job of getting the dumpster exactly where I needed it and took great care to not run over the lawn. They picked it up one week later and arrived exactly when they said they would. Extremely professional and courteous people across the board. Would definitely use again.
