He was very helpful! Even when I was self-troubleshooting my laptop problem he provided input by phone, even called me back after looking up info in order to better advise me. Gave me FREE, very helpful, sincere advice by phone for 15 minutes when we were diagnosing that my old laptop wasn't repairable. He helped me to transfer data from my dead laptop to my new laptop as well as get it setup. Very friendly and easy to work with. Service done at his place; i dropped it off and picked it up next day.

This is the 2nd time that we've used Mr. Greenberger. In both instances, the repair was done quickly and was of high quality. Forget taking your computer to the store where you bought it, unless it is under warranty. His service is so quick, you can take a short shopping trip to the nearby mall and it will be done before you are. His prices are very reasonable.

He was very honest and fair and refuned part of my money because he coulnd't correct the problem. He worked on it on and off for about a year.

Got some error message on shutdown and then the computer would not boot. Took the computer to Ben in the morning and by mid-afternoon, he called to say that he was finished. He discovered some bad boot sectors, restored the drive, kept all my data, and provided links to a free on-line backup service. Ben has an uncommonly deep level of knowledge of computers and you can tell that he likes his work very much. He also likes dealing with people. Great experience!

I called Ben to get a quote and was so impressed by his price and his professionalism that I told him to order the part he needed right then and there. Upon finding out that the part was in I dropped off my laptop and before I was able to get back to my office (less than a five minute drive away) I received a call from him telling me that everything was done. All this and he charged a third of what I was quoted by another company! I would (and have) recommend working with Ben to anyone.

Ben banished my computer virus through talking to me over the phone! I had spent the better part of 2 days trying to rid my computer of the virus and in 10 minutes, he had it solved. Amazing guy!

Ben had not experienced this particular error before but he researched it and resolved it correctly. He was able to come over the same day that I called. It took him a little longer than he expected but did not charge me for the extra time. I was very pleased with him overall.

I received my computer back within 3-4 days time, which was much appreciated. I felt the price was reasonable as well. I can clearly see why he is a Super Service Award winner, he does a fantastic job!

The man that came out was Ben Greenburg. Everything is fine and I give him five stars. He is still at the top of the list. He was a nice guy. His price was actually reasonable. He brought my computer back from death and brought it back to life.

Owner/operator came to my house after several calls to remind him that I was expecting him to set up an appointment. He worked on my computer for about a half hour and said he needed to do more extensive work than expected and would have to come back another day. I never heard from him again. I did not pursue him to return as I was unimpressed with his organizational skills.

Had a nice phone conversation but he did not follow through with what he said on the phone. He asked me to call him when I arrived home. I did. He said he would call me back. He did not. Called him again the next day. Said for me to call him when I arrived home and he would put me at the top fo the list. I called when I arrived home and he never called back.

They did a very good job in a short amount of time. They came over and within half an hour it was working again. It was a good overall experience.

He deserved more money than he asked for based on the amount of time he took to complete the job. He came at a time convenient for me, which happened to be a Sunday afternoon. He was a perfect gentleman and a very pleasant person to have. He was confronted with a problem that was rather difficult to track down, and he used every device possible to find out the problem and to solve it. I have the highest praise for Mr. Greenberger.

He was prompt, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of tips. You can always get in touch with him.

The detective work took one week in all. Greenberger kept me informed of his progress and delivered the computer in the afternoon of Christmas Eve. It was the best Christmas present I have received in a long time. NOTE: Earlier, immediately after I had bought the computer, I found it impossible to access my dial-up computer account. I called him, but he talked me out of having him come out: he simply looked in his books and told me that the Pavilion Elite no longer has a connection for dial-up! He also explained the different options for high speed internet, which I then decided to acquire. His patient explanations and time-consuming research provided help I had found it impossible to get from either the salespeople or tech support.

Ben's work was quick and exactly what I needed. He gave an excellent explanation of what I had to do to use his equipment.

I was surprised but he was able to make it work. He was a real nice guy, I had no trouble getting hold of him, he gave me some tips and I was pleased with the service.

We did not use because they were located a little far. They did provide us some suggestions on how we might repair the problem ourselves. We were grateful for the help, but were ended up finding a closer company to use.

Fabulous! Ben fixed the problem quickly over a weekend for just $25! He's a gem.

GREAT, Ben was very helpful and explained as he went along checking my computer out. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I learned alot from him.

Laptop is working better, but he was unable to retrieve the lost work due to a software problem with Microsoft Word. He could not identify the cause of the previous malfunctioning, but did rework many settings and clean up things that may have contributed to the issue I was having. He also set me up with a free online program for automatic file back up and instructed me on proper care and maintenance of my laptop for better performance.

I was getting a 'blue screen of death' error message on my laptop. I gave him the codes that came up and he suggested that a) my hard drive might be failing, or b) the machine might be overheating. He suggested that I do a routine (little did I know it was routine) power dusting of the machine to be sure that the poor little fan was able to do its job of cooling the unit. Presto! One reverse of the shop vac later and I have had no blue screens since. He also answered my questions about memory upgrades to improve performance. All for free. What a guy!

He had to take it to his shop to access another computer and rework it twice because I lost it all again by trying to restore files from a backup hard disk without knowing what I was doing. He did it all again and didn't charge anything for the second repair. He was very pleasant and helpful.

I called Ben and told him what was going on. I had called him in the morning and he was able to stop by late afternoon the same day. He tried to fix it at my house but it was so sick he ended up taking it to his house to work his computer magic. Working with Ben was my pleasure he explained what was going on and how he fixed the problems. I figured we were going to have to by a new hard drive but he was able to remove the viruses so he saved us a bunch of money. He had our computer for a week and a half and I am positive I got a great deal. I will most definitely use him again if I have any computer related issues.

I would call Mr. G immediately if we ever had a problem with any of our other computers. I was so impressed with his ability to put all those tiny pieces back together perfectly. The computer has worked with no problems ever since. He saved us time and money!
