Good work, but responsiveness was a bit lacking - I had to call and email 4 or 5 times to actually get the work scheduled. Then again, I've had similar issues with a lot of contractors in the last year or so.

Leigh was very professional. He gave me a thorough explanation of what he planned to do and what it would accomplish. He gave me a competitive quote and also told me what I should expect to get back in rebates from Dominion Gas since I previously had them do an energy audit. The job took 2 days to complete and Lee came out to inspect the work at the completion. I was impressed with the knowledge of his crew and his integrity. I would definitely use his company again and would recommend Comfort MD to other homeowners.

The furnace was checked from top to bottom and everything in between. The furnace was started and has been working wonderfully since. We were advised that the furnace would need to be replaced. We are still waiting for an estimate from the company in regards to how much it would cost to totally replace the furnace. But for now the furnace is up and running.

It was a very good experience. They were very prompt, very courteous, very intelligent, and well equipped. They were all very well trained and very efficient.

I chose them based on the good reviews on here. I called them up and made it out to the house right away. That was good. They told me my coolant was low and it needed a recharege and to be dyed to find leaks. They didn't have the coolant so they had to schedule a follow up. The follow happened a couple days later. It was abotu $350 for the refridgerant. Not a great deal. They were supposed to come back for a followup several weeks later. They never followed up or tried to schedule a date. Eventually I called them and was able to set an appointment up with a wait time of about a week. When they came out they diagnosed the issue and told me they woudl follow up with a quote to repair. The quote never came. Not that it really matters, I wouldn't give them the business now anyway.

Lou, who was in charge, was on time, very efficient and very careful to protect all my furnishings. He aswered, in full, all my questions and invited me to check the work after he was done. The crew was very pleasant and careful and doubled checked to see that all was back in place. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using Comfort MD again for myself if the occasion were to arise. All paperwork was expedited to Good Cents and Good Cents did their evaluation this morning and found the house was considerably tighter, energy wise, since they performed the audit. All work passed their tests. I definitely would give Comfort MD an A+.

I was VERY happy overall with Comfort MD. They were extremely professional, but also exceedingly nice and helpful. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

While there was some delay in getting the actual work on the calendar, once we firmed up the date, the work was done promptly and professionally, and it has made an extraordinary difference in reducing the draftiness and increasing the temperature in our house. I am extremely pleased with Leigh Weinberg and Comfort MD and can't wait to see our next heating bill.

Overall, the experience went very well. The technicians were extremely professional. I had an issue with my heating, and they got it fixed in a timely manner. They didn't finish working until the problem was corrected, which I appreciated. The owner of the company came out to my home to make sure everything was done correctly. I'm satisfied with their services and I would definitely recommend them.

Comfort MD came out and didnt check to see if needed a new furnace and they tried to up sell us on air filters. They were also more expensive than the provider we ended up using.

The lady who answered my call went above and beyond to get a Tech out same day. We have 10 month old triplets and she was very sympathetic. She kept calling me back to update me on the status. Then she called to say he would be there in 15 minutes...and surprise...he was! I am a very cynical customer, but they were great. I have no complaints.

From start to finish, Comfort MD were consummate professionals. They were competitive in price and provided excellent quality throughout the entire job. Mr. Weinberg personally oversaw much of the work and has terrific hardworking and experienced staff. I will recommend them to family and friends in the future.

Initially, I had a very favorable impression of Leigh and I appreciated his responsiveness in getting back to me with a quote. For the insulation work, the team contracted by ComfortMD broke a window (which they just put duct tape on) and left at least one hole in the ceiling between floors unplugged. When I looked in, there was no insulation. I mentioned this to Leigh when I noticed it and he promised to come out with his infrared camera to take pictures to see if there were any gaps. As promised, Leigh cam e through with an infrared camera to evaluate the insulation in the whole property. The quality of the work installing the A/C units and furnace seemed really top notch. The installer was professional and took the time to explain the process to me and even walked me through the difference between soldering and brazing. The cold air return ducts he put in seemed really well-crafted and the appearance of the final product seemed very neat. As an update, I had an issue where my A/C would not work this summer. I called in Comfort MD over July 4th weekend and they were out early the following week, identified the work as being under warranty, ordered the part and had it fixed ASAP at no charge to me.

The installer, Jeff, was totally professional. the work was done while I was not at home and Jeff made sure that I was informed and answered all of my questions. the job took a bit over 4 days and extended over a hot 4th of July weekend. Jeff made sure that my AC worked over the holiday. He cleaned the work area each day and left it in great condition. I plan to have Comfort MD service the equipment as long as I live in the house - which I hope is a very long time!

Comfort MD has the best customer service. Lee returned every one of my calls and even called me several times to check on us. When he determined that we would need a warranty item, he scheduled it right away. However, I had company coming over and requested they come on Saturday. The service guy showed up on time and managed to replace the defective part. I would HIGHLY recommend them for their promptness and outstanding customer service.

We talked to their answering service at 12:52pm on a Saturday, got a call back within five minutes, and he arrived within 20 minutes. Everything complete and done by 2:20pm. Excellent speedy service.

They showed up when they said that they were going too. They did the job quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with them. We would use them again in the future.

They have changed their name recently. I have an annual maintenance contract with them. I negotiated a 3 year contract with them a couple of years ago to keep it sound. I have renewed it a couple of times now. They always come when they say they will come. They call me to remind me that it is time to do the maintenance. I bought this house about 7 years ago. It had an old air conditioning unit and furnace when I bought it. The inspector told me that they did not have much life left in them. They have managed to keep it going. I told the people from Comfort MD that I planned to save up to remodel and replace the whole system some time. They may have done all kinds of things to add life to the air conditioner and the furnace. They are very responsive. During the season, I had a problem with the furnace and they were right there.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Leigh the owner of the company came out the next day to give us a quote. He was extremely professional and friendly. The quote was the lowest of all four that we got. I had to ask several questions before the installation and he was very prompt in returning my emails. Every email was returned within hours. Jeff installed the furnace and did a fabulous job. He was very professional and worked hard. They told us the job could take two days but two helpers were sent to finish it in one day. The area was left spotless. I then needed Leigh to fill out paperwork about the furnace in order to close on our house the next day. He got the paperwork and faxed it within two hours. The entire experience was very good and I will definitely use them for any needs I have with our new house.

they came on time. they were very professional. the installment went as planned. and they cleaned up when finished. all the trash was hauled away, and they finished on time. and I found they stand behind there work. I would not hesitate to give them a. (A in service)

Overall it went well. They were the cheapest of 3 quotes for a 100000 BTU 3.5 ton Trane furnace. The guys showed up on time and were great. They were considerate of our home by laying down protective rugs. When they left, the basement was spotless. Our new 95% efficient furnace is so quiet. The only thing I would criticize is the size of the venting out of the house. The pipes were bigger than we expected.

They are very professional and cleaned up when completed. I could always get a hold of them and I am very happy with the service.
