Description of Work: Over a year ago, I purchased (for $59) a Big Deal for a Whole House Wall Insulation Inspection to be performed by Comfort MD. I called the company several times in March and April of 2014, and exchanged multiple messages with "Mark", but never connected with him to schedule an appointment and he stopped returning my calls. When the weather got warm, I figured the conditions were no longer ideal to do the inspection, so I wrote myself a reminder to try contacting again later in the year. In January, 2015 I contacted them again in an effort to schedule the inspection prior to the Jan 30th, 2015 Big Deal expiration. I spoke with "Kelly" three times over the period of several weeks. After telling her my experience with Mark, she promised repeatedly to have the owner contact me directly to schedule. He never did return my call, in spite of her repeated reassurances, promises to relay my message, and excuses for why he might not have called.

Description of Work: They installed our furnace and we also use them to do annual inspections.

Description of Work: They did the energy survey well, and went over results with me.At no time did they attempt to sell me any products or services, and made recommendations, including telling me NOT to buy windows, and that my 50 yr old home was tighter energy efficiency wise, than many new construction homes . Very happy with the service

Description of Work: As far as I know, this company charged me [whateverthepricewas] via Angie's List and NEVER performed the services. Nor did they ever contact me to schedule a time and date for an appointment.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal on January 30th. The deal requested dates suggested for service the following month (which I provided)with a promise that I'd receive a call to schedule within 2 business days. After a month had passed with no call, I called them. They seemed to have trouble finding me in their records, but then promised their service tech would call me to schedule. We've now been playing phone tag for about 2 weeks. He calls and leaves a message, I call him back within hours, and he takes a few more days to call back. Most recently, me message to him was - if again we missed each other - to please let me know what was open in his schedule and/or e-mail me, so that I could confirm a date via voicemail or e-mail. I haven't heard back in 2 days. A frustrating experience so far.

Description of Work: We had Comfort MD come over today to inspect our furnace. They did a good job with the inspection and were very thorough. They were prompt about getting over here and completed the inspection quickly. You could even read their handwriting on the order sheet explaining what they did!
