Robert dealt with the City of Euclid permits and inspectors and when it came time to pour concrete his crew of clean, courteous professionals arrived and went to work with the efficiency of a military operation. I followed Robert's recommendation of pouring the slab for the garage first and after the garage was built he would come back and pour the driveway. When I called Robert, he answered the phone, when he said he was going to be here, he arrived ON TIME, and his work is without question impeccable. I could not be happier with Colicchio Construction--Robert's unparalleled excellence and incredible attention to detail are absolutely evident in the results of his work. They were great. The experience was wonderful. He was prompt, he came on time, he finished the driveway, he did the job. The cost was reasonable.

The quote and final cost were as defined and expected. The preparation, removal of existing concrete and excess rock was accomplished in a timely and accurate fashion. Forms were set with precision to provide proper water drainage and runoff. The concrete was poured and finished as expected. Overall, Colicchio Construction provided excellent workmanship and was diligent in every detail.

Work was very professional and am very pleased with the outcome. Have had many comments on the appearance. Would definitely use again.

The basement had flooded during Hurricane Sandy for the first time in the 36 years we owned the property. Mr. Colicchio correctly identified the source of the problem upon inspecting the basement. I appreciated that he only recommended treating the area where the problem originated versus trying to sell us on a lot of work we didn't need. A cost estimate was given. He began the work when he said he would. He and his crew were very focused and professional as they completed the work in a few days. He took his time to repair a few unexpected problems that were uncovered as well as to allow the walls to totally dry before coating. When he left the property it appeared neat and clean and ready for some new landscaping.
