Overall it was a great experience. The men that came out for the carpet and for the dryer vent cleaning were friendly and efficient. I am pleased with it all. My carpet looks like new and smells great. My dryer is actually working more efficiently since the vent cleaning. I will not hesitate to recommend Coit and I will use them again in the future.

on time for the pick up. knowledgable person told us several points about the drapes we didn't know. handled the draperies carefully, gave us an approximate date when the cleaning would be done. called before delivering and hanging the drapes. did a very nice job. we have used this company in the past and have always been satisfied.

Coit just picked up my blinds and delivered them clean. They also take the blinds down and reinstall them.

I found my whole experience this time to be frustrating. I was misled as to how they clean blinds when I called for an estimate they are taken away, not cleaned on site. They will not schedule times for service until the day of service so those of us with jobs have to take time off work to accommodate their schedule. I sent out three rugs for cleaning, but one of them came back untouched. I already paid for the service because I had them dropped off on my porch because I didn't want to miss work for the delivery. When I called for them to get the dirty rug, I was told I would get a call on Thursday morning to tell me when the tech would be there to pick it up. Again I am expected to take off work to fit their schedule. That is not what I call customer service Rick Schaffer worked hard to give me good customer service including coming to my home twice before 8:00am, but when he brought back my rug the second time it still was not cleaned. I really felt sorry for him because he was very embarrassed. The third time was the charm. The rug is beautifully cleaned. I raised a couple of my rating to reflect his efforts. Coit refunded all my money for my inconvenience. I hope Rick's concern for improving customer service was genuine. He told me there were other options for scheduling service times then were offered to me. I hope the people who answered the phones are educated as to how best offer services to people calling in.

It went very well. They were punctual, informative and thorough. We were very satisfied.

Overall pretty well. The serviceman came out and cleaned the couch and two chairs and was done in about and hour. After he left we noticed there were still stains on the back of chairs but we figured we'd let it dry because the spots could be due to it being wet from cleaning. After the chairs were dry the stains were still there. We called coit about it and the same serviceman called us back and told us he could come out but didn't think there was anything he could do so we told him not to bother. We called coit and told them about our discussion with this serviceman and we let them know we wanted it taken care of. The gal at coit was very helpful and told us they could get someone out and i told them that would be fine but i wanted and different serviceperson. They said no problem and they sent out Gary who did a fine job. (Maybe the other guy was new.) Coit is a bit on the expensive side but we're happy with the customer service.

They were extremely professional. They removed the drapery with care and returned. They put everything back together and ensured that they cleaned up their mess.

Technician came over & gave us a detailed estimate, in writing, for the carpet & chairs, and explained what he was going to do. We set a date, which was kept. Technician found a dust spot under a table and suggested that we have the air ducts cleaned. We set a date, which was kept, since it had been several years that they had been cleaned.

Very good! Friendly and professional! "Tried" to make friends with my barking dog - which was great! He called and showed up a half hour early.

They were on time and very efficient. They only problem I had is they did not move any furniture, they only cleaned walk areas. I wanted them to clean thoroughly but they said they wouldn't move all the furniture. They were high priced.

October 8, 2014: The drapes were returned today. The stains are not completely gone but there is no discoloration and the drapes look clean and are pressed nicely. Bill came in with his assistant and seamlessly secured the valance brackets to the wall and hung the drapes. Customer service is stellar from the telephone contacts to the in-home representatives! This was a painless, easy, convenient and professional experience. I will use again and recommend COIT/DRAPERY MASTER, 23580 MILES ROAD, BEDFORD HTS, OHIO.

They came out at the correct time to give us a price. We agreed to it and wanted them taken down at a later date because we were having new windows installed. They did a great job cleaning and installing the curtains. I believe the bent over backwards to accommodate us. The installer was prompt and polite.

I have an older female dog who has started losing bladder control and uses my living room as her bathroom. I thought my carpet was ruined, but figured I'd try professional cleaning as a last resort. I was referred to Coit by several people and couldn't be happier! The cleaner was prompt, very friendly and very quick. Not only did the stains come out, but the smell is gone as well. My carpets are older so they still do not look brand new,but they look clean and most of all don't smell anymore! I have used other professional cleaners before and none of them compare to Coit!!!

The gentleman called and was able to show up early to clean the carpets, which was good for me. Once arrived, he was alone, so, no one to help move furniture, which I was not happy about. I have very heavy dinning room furniture, so it would have been nice to have not been the one helping move this. I moved as much as possible, but found the gentleman not willing to move the couch and chairs to clean the carpets underneath. I order a special cleaning for the dining room carpet due to pet stains and the products used seem the same in every room. No special scrubbing, it seemed like I could have done this good of cleaning on my own and I have. I will not waste my money using a carpet cleaning company in the future. I do not feel this was a good investment. This was a lot of extra work for very little.

They did an amazing job. They made the old carpet look new again.

A man came to the house to pick up the shades. We had already taken them down, so he did not get to look at them or any stains. It was probably my fault for not asking about any of the stains and could they be removed. There were a couple of quarter sized water stains on the largest shade and also some small pin sized stains. The other three shades from the bedroom also had small pin sized stains. I was told later these pin sized stains were from bugs and could not be removed. The same thing for the water stains. They could not be removed. After the shades were cleaned a serviceman came and reinstalled them. At this time I noticed that none of the stains were gone and the three shades in the bedroom were wrinkled. I called and questioned the stains which they said could not be removed and they sent a serviceman with a hand held steamer to try to removed the wrinkles from the bedroom shades. The steamer did not removed the wrinkles. So, my shades are clean, some wrinkled and the stains remain.

Took my old draperies down and cleaned them beautifully. I was very pleased with there service and would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job, and were extremely accommodating when I had to change the date more than once to rehang the drapes because the other work was delayed. When they rehung the drapes, the service man was so very helpful, even installing new pull cord anchors for me. They cost more, but their service was excellent.

First of all, my husband took down the drapes and it was very difficult. I decided right then and there to find a drapery cleaning service that would clean and then re-hang the drapes. I checked Angie's List and found good reviews for Coit. The next day I called Coit and they arrived a day later to pick up the drapes. They were to be returned in a week. I was having the interior of the house painted and wanted the painting completed before re-hanging the drapes. I called and asked if they could hold the drapes for another month. Coit agreed with no problem and no additional charge. They were supposed to return the drapes Monday January 6. This day was extremely cold and I was very sick with an infection. They called the morning of Jan. 6 around 7:00 am to give me a time frame when they would arrive. I asked if they could possibly reschedule since I was so sick and so they rescheduled for today, January 9 between 10:00 and 12:00. They arrived right at 10:00 and were done in just a little over an hour. The technician was very friendly and pleasant and did an excellent job rehanging the drapes. The drapes cleaned up beautifully and look wonderful in the freshly painted rooms.

Excellent, from the thorough in-home estimate to arriving promptly and completing the job professionally and efficiently, we were very impressed. I look forward to using some of their other services.
