Very well! 10 year old carpet looks newer and much cleaner.

They called back as promised but I had engaged another cleaner and so did not hire them.

The gentleman that did my carpet cleaning was great. However, I have since took out the carpet and went back to hardwood floors.

I have 13 blinds. I was pleased with the work that was completed. Professional, courteous.

I spent about $200. I had a rug that needed to be cleaned. He told me he wasn't sure if he would get it clean. When they brought it back it wasn't cleaned and they refunded me. While I was disappointed that it wasn't cleaned they didn't charge me.

Excellent service. They even recommended a sanitizer and I bought it on the stpot

I have nothing negative to mention about this service. Everything was done in a timely manner and professionalism. The techs were polite and considerate. Did a great job cleaning the sectional and the area rug.

We had heard good things about Coit and decided to have them clean the carpets in our new home before we moved in. The scheduling process was very easy, I even had to reschedule once and they were very accommodating. I was contacted the day prior to service to confirm an approximate arrival time and twice the day of service by the technician. When Gary arrived, he discussed different service options, took room measurements, and gave me my onsite quote. They were running a 40% off sale at the time of my service which made the cost of the cleaning extremely reasonable. Now for the actual cleaning. I have lighter carpets and there was some staining in one area of the family from which was noticeable. I pointed this out to Gary and he told me he would pretreat the area. There was some visible dirt on the staircase as well. He cleaned my entire upstairs, stairs, living room, and dining room, leaving the family room for last. He literally worked up a sweat getting that stain out. When he was done, it looked about 1000% better. I was very, very impressed with the results I received. I have a large finished basement I will be having cleaned soon and I will not hesitate to call Coit and request Gary.

I have big oriental rugs and that, Coit, did a lousy job. They came back with the backing, looked like it was burnt and was flaking away. I will never use them again. They did a bad job.

The guy came out to begin with and estimated the job which was fine. He was down talking the other company I used and I didn’t like that about him and I guess I needed the carpet cleaning because I went ahead with them and do it and they did not do a good job. I wouldn’t use them again. They got here quickly. He was not professional at all. I hate it when they badmouth other companies like that especially when they don’t do good.

We have 31 vents/returns in our home. COIT sent one technician who arrived at 8:30 am and left about 1:00 pm. He was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.

This is the best job I have ever had with carpet cleaning. I had just finished potty training my dog and had a few stains on my carpet. The Coit technician got out those stains along with a stain that had been in my carpet for years. I am very happy with this service.

The company was very responsive, friendly, and professional. The carpet was installed 11 years ago and had never been cleaned. It looks great and the color seal on the tile's grout makes it look brand new.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They took into account that the damask is More than 20 years old and took special care cleaning it. Everything came back looking Refreshed and clean. The carpets were put back(a couple under heavy furniture). Drapery was rehung Taking care all was straight. On time. Professional and polite. Very knowledgeable about fabrics. Great experience.

It went very well. I recommend them highly. We've used them in the past. They give a thoroughly good discount.

A couple of spots are gone from the sofa but overall it does not look much cleaner and still lots of dirty spots. The recliner chair , which was a soft microfiber not feels rough and still has the same musty smell.

We were very unhappy with them. They didn't have the equipment ready that's necessary and all the expertise to do the job. As far as air duct cleaning, they were unable to do it. They left the equipment and expertise to assess the situation and to do the job and slightly damaged the furnace in the process. They also did drapery cleaning for us and that was not satisfactory either. The re-hanging of the drapes was not done well and they offered to make good on it but at that time with this other experience I don't even don't want them in the house again. It was not expensive but we got what we paid for or less.

Coit is the only cleaning service I will use. I have used others in the past as they may be less expensive, but I have learned that you get what you pay for. The Coit technicians are courteous, friendly and always on time. Coit does an excellent job, if the product is not clean, they will come back and make it right to your satisfaction. I have been a Coit customer for 16 years.

My blinds were picked up on time. They were taken down and marked. They were cleaned and returned and re-hung the next week. COIT did a good job. My blinds had not ever been professionally cleaned.

Poor Daymon, Coit's professional cleaning associate, had the task of getting my Berber carpet clean again. Many pet accidents and spills had made the carpet quite stained and dirty. I was pleasantly pleased at the wonderful job Daymon did for me. The carpet looks new again. Also, my furniture is clean again. All of the stains are gone. (Even dried Wine stain). I will use Coit again in the future. A quality company!

It was perfect. Daryl arrived on time, including a 30 min advanced call. He was professional, wonderfully knowledgable, and extremely complete in his cleaning. everything looked great and I would call and ask for him again the next time we need Coit. And we have had Coit multiple times and every time has been excellent.

The rep called ahead with timeframe, arrived on time, and wore booties. He got right to work, took about an hour. The carpets looked amazing again. Will use Coit every time.
