 + -1 moreEveryone I dealt with was professional, efficient and helpful. For the pick-up and drop-off, they were on time and worked quickly, answered questions and were very professional. When they delivered the rug, they took a great deal of time to position the new padding correctly and fit it properly, comb the fringe, and he even insisted on vacuuming it one last time. I would definitely use them again for this or other services.
Description of Work: Coit cleaned my handmade Persian rug, cut a new pad for it, and replaced the fringe.

Description of Work: Had a great room (20X22) and a Master bedroom (18X16) carpet cleaned. Technician applied a stain preventer to the treated carpet as well.

He also came in UNDER the quoted price we received over the phone. When he got to our house, he got right down to business and didn't waste a moment. It was a pleasure doing business with Coit.

 + -1 moreThey were helpful on the initial call, and volunteered that they had a 35% off sale until the end of January. Arthur came out to look at the carpets, gave us a quote, and set an appointment for the work to be done. Gary arrived on time and worked really hard to get the carpets clean. Got rid of almost all of the stains, and brought back the nap in the high-traffic areas. Took about 2 hours altogether.
Description of Work: Pre-treated, cleaned, and stain-proofed carpets throughout our house. Done in the living, dining, 3 bedrooms, and hallways.

 + -1 moreTHEY SHRUNK THE DRAPES I SENT TO THEM BY ONE INCH. I SENT THE DRAPES IN TO THIS COMPANY 3 TIMES TO GET THEM BACK TO THE WAY I WANTED THEM. THE GUY WHO CAME OUT TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE AND MEASURE THE DRAPES GOT SOME INK ON THE DRAPES. THE INK IS STILL THERE. THEY DID DISCOUNT THE JOB FOR ME, BECAUSE I HAD TO TAKE THEM IN SO MANY TIMES.
Description of Work: CLEANED THE 63 INCH DRAPES IN THE DINING ROOM.

HE SAID IT WAS DUE TO GAPS IN MY HARDWOOD FLOORING. I DIDN'T BELIEVE THAT FOR A MINUTE AS THE SOOT WAS ONLY APPARENT IN THE AREAS OF COLD AIR RETURNS. I HAD A MANAGER VISIT TO EXPLAIN. REALIZING HOW UPSET I WAS, HE SUGGESTED RE-CLEANING THE DUCTS AS WELL AS THE UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE IN BOTH ROOMS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WERE MORE THAN PLEASED. THE SECOND TWO TECHS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, AS WAS THE MANAGER. WE WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

 + -1 moreCOIT'S TECHNICIAN, DARRELL, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE POINTED OUT SOIL SPOTS THAT EVEN I DID NOT SEE, AND ACHIEVED FANTASTIC RESULTS. COIT WAS ON TIME, THOROUGH, AND ADAPTED TO MY NEEDS. THEY ARE NOT INEXPENSIVE, SO BE SURE TO FIND ONE OF THEIR CONSTANT SALES IN THE NEWSPAPER.
Description of Work: I RECENTLY PURCHASED A HOME IN WHICH THE EXPENSIVE CARPETING HAD NOT BEEN PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED IN TWENTY YEARS. THE BASEMENT CARPET IN PARTICULAR WAS HEAVILY SOILED, WITH MANY STAINS AND PET ODORS. DARRELL SPENT HOURS STEAMING THE CARPETS WITH GREAT CARE TO DETAILS. HE PRETREATED, SPOT CLEANED AND REPEATED AREAS. THE RESULTS ARE TERRIFIC! I WILL ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO USE A BASEMENT THAT I HAD AVOIDED DUE TO THE ODOR AND DIRT. THE CARPETS LOOK SO MUCH BETTER THAT I WILL NOT NEED TO REPLACE THEM FOR SEVERAL MORE YEARS. COIT ALSO CLEANED MY TWENTY YEAR OLD CUSTOM LINEN DRAPERIES. THE INSTALLER REHUNG THEM WITH ENORMOUS CARE, TAKING TIME TO STEAM THEM UNTIL EACH PLEAT FELL CORRECTLY WITH NO WRINKLES.
