Allen and Brent called to let me know when they would arrive; were clean and neat; took there time to clean all areas and took pictures ( before and after ) to show what they did. They pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies and the national average. Good technicians and a good company !

Everything was fine.They're very nice people. They did a good job; they've got wine out of carpets.

I have them once a year come and clean the carpet in my back bedroom because I have 2 dogs. They always do a great job. They are really a professional team. They come in with a uniform, they cover their feet, overall professionalism. They walk through what the expectations are and deliver the expectations.

I guess it was fine. As far as I know everything was okay. Everything looks very clean and very well done. I know we will use them again in the future. If you have material furniture that have been soiled, they are a very reliable cleaning service.

They were good about being responsive. They left me a little kit for spot removal, which was something that I haven't gotten from any other company, so I appreciated that. They left it to use for any spots that showed up after they left. I was able to use it. I thought that was nice, I had never had anybody offer that before. Yes, I would use this provider again.

They've been very good. I think they a comparable with Stanley Steamer. They are the only one I would use.

I have been using them the past five years. I takes them between 2-3 hours. I only get it done once a year. I notice a significant change.

Coit came out and did some stuff. But I could have done just as good with my own. But I don't have any complaints with them. He worked it. He did his job. But stuff did not come out as good as I thought it would. They could have gotten all the stains out. Like I said. I don't know if it was their fault that it didn't come out. I mean the guy that came out. He worked it and everything. He just didn't get all the stains out like I thought he would that's all. What I liked about the service is that they were prompt. They were clean. They put on footies when they came in my house. Like I said he was responsive to my needs. If I showed him a couple of spots he reworked them. Like I said they didn't all come out. They are a little expensive.

Coit did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. For the cost of one new window blind I was able to have all 8 cleaned and they look fantastic. I didn't realize there was a cleaning service for window blinds but the results are amazing. Goodbye to dust and bugs that got stuck in the blinds! They were punctual, courteous, and confirmed the appointment with a pleasant reminder call.

I was fine. I actually didn't have to pay for it, because it was done by the apartment owner.

The cleaning techs we professional and worked in such a manner that there no indication that there had been their equipment in my home.

There were 3 visits, and the communication about the timing of them was good. On the first Friday Arthur provided me with estimates and was helpful in providing an alternative for the curtain that was in such poor condition that it couldn't be cleaned. On the next Friday Arthur collected the drapes (they usually collect them on the first visit), and Darrell cleaned the sectional, doing an excellent job. On the third Friday, Bill hung the drapes. All look beautiful again. I am very pleased. Draperies were $548.96, and couch was $312.39.

The service man was very professional and personable. He was able to remove stains from the carpet. He also arrived and performed the work in the time frame agreed. He was very thorough and even moved and cleaned under some items that a previous cleaning company had not.

The gentlemen who came over was exactly on time. He did the estimate and knew I had the 35% discount on carpet cleaning without me having to tell him. He was quick and efficient. The carpet looks newer and cleaner. I'm very satisfied. I have used COIT several times, once including cleaning draperies which was also a good job.

I've been using them for years. It takes a week to clean the area rugs. They pick them up and take them to their headquarters to clean them and then return them. They are very professional. They are well trained. They're just good people.

We use them just for area rugs. We don't have carpeting.

They came out well considering their age. They came when they said they would and returned them on time. I would use them again.
