My carpet was very stained but now it looks brand new. Patrick Smith was the technician.

The grout was not as clean as I would have liked, but the service man was nice. Not worth the $$$ though. I could have just bleached.

They couldn't be more helpful, and I would recommend them all the way! They were very personable, nice men.

An experienced carpet company should know what their capacity is to service people. They should also know that homeowner emergencies will arise, especially in the case of severe flooding. If Coit told me they weren't available the same day, and scheduled me for the the next morning, I would have accepted that appointment. I also would have been okay on the day I waited at home if someone from Coit called to let me know they were backed up with other customers and couldn't get out to my house that afternoon.

Called in advance that morning to let us know when he was coming, showed up on time, moved all furniture, worked efficiently, pointed out where tough stains had been removed, and where a few issues could not be removed. He was very courteous and clean.

Sam cleaned 3 areas in one visit and after I saw the quality of the work performed, I scheduled him for the cleaning of the other 9 rooms in the house. Getting on the schedule was easy and he came out on the day he was scheduled calling that morning to let us know when he would be there. He arrived on time and started. He was courteous and did a good job. The only issue I had was that two spots did not come out, even though he tried. He suggested that one of the spots was caused by some sort of "burning", but I couldn't recall that happening. I had to call him back to attempt to get out a stain in one of the upstairs rooms, and he couldn't get that cleaned either. So, for the money, I was somewhat disappointed that these two stains could not be cleaned. Still, the service was good, the technician was prompt, courteous, and worked hard, and I am pleased with the finished look overall.

Always do a good job. I recommend them to other residents. I have been very satisfied over the years.

I thought they did a really good job. I thought they were a little expensive but we haven't had carpet cleaned in a while so I didn't exactly have a reference. They were here on time and it was done professionally. He was neat and tidy and he went about his business and was out of here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very punctual and reliable company. Excellent customer service. After reading other comments my expectations for the cleanliness of the carpet were very high. Some spots and high traffic areas didn't clean up the way I had hoped. But it smelled great (three pets in one house, cooking smells in the other).

They come out, they take down the drapes, they bring them back. If you are dissatisfied, they will take them back. They do anything to please you. They hang them perfectly. When they leave, you are satisfied.

By far the best cleaning service I've had in 10 years. I have white carpeting through most of the house and it never looked better. The service person (Rick Nunez) explained everything in advance and respected my furniture. He took his time and did not appear rushed. He arrived on time.

They did an excellent job, also cleaned 3 blinds for me, and gave me 40% off with one of their discounts. I've used them before and will continue using them in the future!

They did a great job although the individual that did the work was extremely talkative, which is why I gave them a C in professionalism.

They came, gave an estimate on the cleaning, took the drapes, cleaned them, and returned to rehang them. They are extremely professional, all the way down to covering their shoes when they enter the house. The drapes look great, and they even lubricated the curtain rod.

The worker came at the agreed time and spent about 2 1/2 hours. He worked quietly and carefully and removed the marks on the carpet on the basement stairs. Since I have never had this done before, I don't have a comparison. But the price was $100 more than another highly rated company.

I took the drapes, swags and tails, to Coit knowing that Moire fabric was difficult to clean. They were very helpful and told me about the problems cleaning them. Instead of cleaning automatically they had to be hung and cleaned by hand otherwise the fabric would shift. We agreed to go ahead and they were ready in one week. The drapes were cleaned very nicely within a week and we hung them back up. They smelled for a few days from the chemicals but it was not a problem.

They do a great job. They are efficient and quick.

I will use them again. When they gave me the estimate, they told me that the stains on one of the chairs will be a problem. They thought they could make it look better, but not perfect. The drapes were really dirty. They did what they said they would do. They were courteous, informative and helpful. My bathroom shears and valance took a lot of abuse. The drapes came back like new. I am impressed. I will use them on the rest of my drapes in my house. They are flexible with their schedule, and keep you informed where they are. I am impressed. They did not over promise. It is nice dealing with informative and honest people. I will tell you that you will pay a little bit more than other providers, however, the service made the difference.

The Coit worker arrived when promised. The curtains were cleaned and returned within the time frame that they had given.

We had previously hired them to do carpets at our old house, and they quoted us a fee for the new house by phone based on a fee per square foot. They provided a discount since the new house was empty and we had previously used them for carpet cleaning. They arrived right on time for the appointment, and the carpets looked great after. Carpets were dry within 48 hours. They left some spot cleaning solution for us to use, too, which was a nice touch.

They were on time, polite, they didn't leave a mess behind themselves, and they were unobtrusive in a small condo. They came in, did their work, and got it done. The man needed a step ladder, which I had in plain view, but he asked to use it before taking it upon himself to do so, which I felt was the right way to do it. I was very impressed with them and would use them again.

This is my second time using Coit, and I would not hire anyone else to clean my carpet. My family room had stains from my three year old's dirty feet and potty training accidents, two dogs (who decided peeing on the carpet was an Olympic sport) as well as various yogurt, play-doh and other marks. The last time I had the carpet cleaned was over two years ago. But, EVERYTHING came out and it looks wonderful. I have used other carpet cleaners before (Stanley Steemer) with much less successful results. Coit is on time and it does not take a long wait to get an appointment. They do seem to run specials, so I would recommend calling on Mondays to see if they have any specials for that week. I hit a 20% sale. Also, the week between Christmas and New Years seems to be their lowest price of the year. Highly recommend!

THE COIT CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN- RICK NUNEZ- GAVE US VERY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS AS TO WHEN WE COULD WALK ON OUR CLEAN CARPETS AND MOVE FURNITURE BACK ONTO THEM. ADVICE WHICH WE REALLY APPRECIATED. HE WAS EFFICIENT & VERY FRIENDLY.
