My couch and chair were 14 years old and badly in need of cleaning. With out of town guests arriving in 3 weeks, I was hoping I could have them cleaned before their arrival. Coit responded quickly to my call, a representative arrived promptly as scheduled within 7 days to give me and estimate, and to my surprise was able to have the work done that same day. I also decided to have an area rug cleaned. He removed it immediately and had it back within 1 week. I was quite pleased with the efficiency of the company. I had just joined Angie's List, and I feel being a member paid off.

After procrastinating for over 4 years (since the time I purchased my current home), I finally had Coit come in to clean the Berber carpet in our basement, as well as the upholstery of a La-Z-Boy sofa I've owned for nearly 10 years, and hadn't cleaned for at least 5. I used the on line form at Coit's website to request the time and services to be performed. They promptly called to let me know they had received the request and scheduled the time. Two days before the services were to be performed, they called again to confirm the appointment. And, on the morning of the cleaning, the technicians called to let me know when they would be at my place. Once they arrived, they checked out the carpet and upholstery to be cleaned, measured the room and worked up an estimate for me. It was $460 to have 400 sq. ft. of carpet cleaned, along with the sofa. We had just one noticeable spot on the carpet, which I pointed out to them in advance. Just over an hour and a half later, they called me downstairs to inspect their work, which was impeccable. The left me a can of their carpet cleaner for any future spills or stains we might incur, and explained how long it would take for the carpet to fully dry, how long to leave the furniture on the blocks they placed, etc. The only carpet stain we'd had was no where to be found, and my couch looks as good as new. The technicians were a joy to work with; very helpful, outgoing and friendly, and I will definitely be using Coit's services again.

I've always used Coit Cleaners. I got a call telling me that they had a special going on. So they asked if I wanted them to come clean my carpets. I told them yes, so I talked with them about getting an appointment time scheduled and set-up. They showed up on time and cleaned the carpets. They did an excellent job. They get the job done very quickly. They are also very professional.

I was quoted a price over the phone that included a discount but not the tax....that I knew. I didn't know that the price DID NOT include scotchgard or deodorant. I was told over the phone that the cleaning solution contained a mild deodorant and that the carpets would be dry in 6-8 hours. Tech. arrived with new amount which was approximately $60 more than my estimate, even more if I wanted extra deodorant (since I had a dog, he recommended it but I didn't take it) and a dry time of 12-24 hours. I have 2 small children who will be home this evening so that was inconvenient. The tech. did a great job, the carpet looks and smells like new but the people on the phone dropped the ball. I recommend them but when you get your quote, ask for a total including scotchgard, deodorant and tax.

It was excellent service. The sales rep was extremely friendly. He was willing to sit down and explain everything to us. The gentleman who did the work were prompt and courteous and the overall product of work was satisfactory if not above satisfactory.

Extremely well. When I first called, I received all important information all scheduling was at my convenience. All at times I was kept informed as to the time of service, no waiting around all day etc. Before the drapes were done I was called for permission for special treatment. Drapes are old and had never been cleaned, they were returned in beautiful condition. Also the carpet had never been professionally cleaned and has seen much wear.

After calling other tradespeople, Coit was recommended. I called on the 14th of August and was scheduled for a cleaning a week later. The service person gave me an estimate for the work that I wanted done. He cleaned a large carpeted area on my third floor rental and removed some difficult stains. He also cleaned two bedrooms and connecting hallways on my 2nd floor rental. There were no tenants at the time so there was no need to move furniture. He was beginning to clean the stair well from the front of the house, from first to second floors, when there was an equipment failure. The company rescheduled the work for the stairs the following week. All things turned out good. But that was what I expected.

My son was given a used love-seat and sofa from his aunt to put in his basement. The pieces are about 10 years old but in good condition, although they were soiled and had some stains. After the cleaning, they look and smell brand new! The men were polite, courteous, efficient and careful to protect the floor underneath. They did an excellent job and I would call them again. I didn't think they could get the furniture that clean!

They were excellent because they did everything that I requested. I got quite a few estimates before I decided who I would use. They were not the lowest in the pricing, but I was interested in what they could offer me.

They did a good a job on the carpets. The man who came out was very nice and responsible. The estimate over the phone was 3 times lower than what it ended up being.

The cleaning was good. Showed up when they said they would and that aspect of it was fine. The service man who came to do the cleaning was trying to sell other services. On the invoice, he had already billed me for the rug but did not pick it up.

I have used them before. They do a good job. They give you a 3-4 hour window in which they will show up.
