I have been using them for twenty years. The young man who comes in to do the work makes sure that all the pieces of furniture are padded properly under the legs so the clips of metal don't rust the carpets. He does a good job. If the carpets get dirty, we call them back and they come promptly and clean the dirty patches by hand. Their reputation is that they will do that. Their price is excellent. The quality of service is very good. They are responsive and punctual.

I used them a couple of times. The last time he did not do a good job. They said they would come back and clean it again, but I said no. I ended up replacing my carpet.

They did the job perfectly and I was very impressed. They were effective and worked quickly. They cleaned up beautifully. They have been in business for several years in the area. I would highly recommend them.

It did not go well. I was not happy with the job the first time the tech cleaned my carpet. The company sent him out again to clean my carpet a second time and I still am not happy with the work. The tech did a "deep suction vacuum" of the areas before he started the steam cleaning. After the carpet was cleaned a second time I vacuumed it with a brand new vacuum and had to empty the dirt cup twice! I am so upset about this. I feel I wasted my money with them. Coit says the 4 year old carpet is just worn and they can't get it any cleaner.

They were very courteous, prompt, very appropriate and went out of their way to help. I would definitely use them again.

Overall, it was a good experience. The man who came out to give the estimate was very professional and upbeat. He admitted that the company probably wouldn't be the cheapest, but that their workers were the best and their services were beyond compare. I chose the company because they offered "green" products, which I had a hard time finding with other companies. During the estimate, the man said he'd make sure that the job was done without any harsh chemicals, solvents, deodorizers, etc. I was very pleased with this and did book the company for the job. The employee who was sent to do the job was very punctual and polite, although he made it clear to me that the "green" products were not nearly as good at the regular products, and while I told him the carpet didn't have to look that spectacular, that I was more concerned with getting it clean and not worrying about the chemicals, he left me thinking that the "green" products wouldn't do a good job at all. I know he was just trying to give me fair warning, but it was a far different impression than I got from the man who had given me the initial estimate. Anyway, I told him to go ahead as I had planned, and he checked out the space and told me which items would be moved in the rooms, and which wouldn't. The thing I found odd is that he was the ONLY person who came to do the job, and had I wanted other furniture items moved, I highly doubt he'd have been able to do it on his own. The carpets were cleaned in about and hour and half, and they looked MUCH better than I thought they would (given his caution about the green products), and I was very satisfied with the job. I would absolutely go with the green products again, without hesitation, and recommend the company to others.

They are very professional and the set up time is good. They come in a timely manner. They are not here very long and are very prompt. They do a good job and they are courteous. They respect my house. I get a senior citizen discount too.

We had to call Coit Services to come back go over our furniture a second time, because it was not done well the first time. It came out better the second time, but not the best. They didn't hesitate to come out. They had missed some places of the couch when cleaning them. They were courteous, and willing to come out again with no charge. It was inconvenient to have to wait a second time for them to do the job again.

The installer cleaned the hardware before replacing them.They look great! Fortunately I knew from reading others' reports here that it would be expensive.

The Coit team is very professional and did a good job. We had never had our furniture cleaned, and I was concerned about having our couch cleaned (it is down filled). But, Rick did a great job and spent over 20 minutes on the couch alone. The carpet looks great, too. He was here for about 2 hours doing a thorough clean - the last place I used was in and out in 30 minutes. I do think they are a bit expensive, but I was willing to pay the extra because they were certain they would do a great job and take care of the couch, which they did. I will use them again, but will probably try to negotiate a better price.

Coit Services came out and gave us an estimate. They explained everything that was going to be done and they gave me a good feeling about their company. They then sent a man over and he introduced himself. There was a lot of communication between us and they did a great follow up. I did have a minor problem and they came out the next day to fix the problem without any hassle. They were very punctual and they were never late. They did an excellent job and I would use them again in the future.

They do an excellent job cleaning carpets. I had them clean several different things around the house and I have been very pleased. I will continue to use them in the future.

The technician did a good job. He cleaned the whole house and worked really hard. He was trying to beat the clock, it seemed and he was rushing to get everything done. They were a little pricey and he was a little late.

The service was good. They don't seem to accomodate smaller jobs and had a minimum service charge. I felt like I had to pay more than what was really done.

I always ask for Damien and he really gets into it and gets the job done well. They are reliable. You set up an appointment and they call and remind you and also call before they come in.

We have never had used a carpet cleaning company before, so I have nothing to compare them to. They showed up on time. Damon Hyatt, the technician, was very nice and hard working. The carpet looks good. It held up under the heavy holiday traffic including the littlest guests. We got a senior discount.

They got back to me right away. They came out to do an estimate and did a fine job and told me exactly what it was going to cost. I was able to use a discount. They call before they come and give you a two hour window of when they will be there, which is great so you don't have to hang around all day. He came exaclty within that window. He was very pleasant, and did the job beautifully. It was a very painless service experience.
