Claims to be a one stop shop for total restoration needs from water damage. Although this may be correct, they subcontract out all the remodeling and repair work to other companies. Communication and scheduling was an absolute nightmare. Not once was anyone on time or even showed up on the day I was told. Everyone involved told me something completely different, from water mitigation to the final carpet cleaning. Laurie was next to impossible to get a response from, whether it was email or on the phone. All information required for insurance reimbersment (ie: pictures, detailed/Itemized repair estimate) has yet to be received going on 27 days now. One of the most unreliable companies I have ever had the displeasure of using. The overall experience was just as horrible for my neighbor that was also affected by the water damage.

They are very good. The are personable and they notify you when they are coming. They are very time conscience. They are there when they say they will be. We have always been satisfied with them.

We were happy with the results. We would use them again.

Coit arrived on time and cleaned 2 small rooms, carpet came out great. Would recommend to anybody.

Coit was having a 35% off promotion on air duct cleaning; main reason I decided to schedule with them. It had been a few years since our air ducts were cleaned. We have 3 cats so it has to be done every few years. I figured I'd have the carpets done at the same time. Scheduled the appointment online. Very easy to schedule, I entered the date and time I wanted the work done and I was done. They called the next morning, a Saturday, at 8:39 AM. Can't say I was thrilled with the call. Had been up extremely late the evening before. Ordinarily, I'm awake at 8:30 on a Saturday morning but this was the exception. Oh well, I guess it serves me right for scheduling the appointment on a Friday. Coit called again the day before to confirm times. We received a call the morning of the cleaning to confirm time of arrival. Half an hour later the tech called with a more specific window of their arrival time. They arrived earlier than expected, wore booties the entire time and were cat friendly. Cats want to be in on everything you do so having service people that are cat friendly is a plus. I can't say I was wowwed by the appearance of the carpets but, in all fairness it had been awhile since our last carpet cleaning. The carpets were cleaner and the air ducts are out of the way for another few years. I know from experience that if I'm unsatisfied I can call and they will send someone out. Coit wants happy, repeat customers. I felt the price for services performed was on the high side. It's difficult to compare prices for services like this so it's hard to say. I expected it to be around 600. but I was hoping that was on the high side. I shudder to think what it would have cost without the discount on the air duct cleaning.

They did a good job. They were recommended to us by a friend of mine. They efficient, on time, and reasonably priced.

They are a little more expensive than other people but they are very professional and conscientious. They want you to be satisfied and they’ll make something right if there is a problem. They’re good and I recommend them. I would continue to use them if my budget allowed.

A representative came to our home to give us quote for air duct cleaning services. We had a total of 19 returns to be cleaned. We were told that the technician would have a camera on the cleaning device which would allow us to see down the ducts as they were being cleaned. This was an important factor in agreeing to have this work done. When the technician began cleaning the ducts, I asked about the camera in order to see down the ducts. I was told that he did not have a camera anymore. He had difficulty removing some of the register grills in order to insert the air hose. I assisted so that he would not simple blow the air from outside the ducts. He did not have a flashlight so light up the ducts. He used the light from his cell phone. I got my flashlight and gave it to him to use. I could only see down one of my cold returns. It did look much cleaner after he was done with it. I have no idea about the quality of the cleaning in the other returns. We decided to have the air ducts cleaned because of the dust from the recently completed renovation and because it had never been done before. It will probably be a long time before I have it done again.

I called due to a pet accident (really messy/stinky one). They initially said they would come Saturday, but I said I was home today, and they squeezed me in between calls. Darrell was very nice and took care of the issue quickly. I have always used Coit, they are always professional, timely and do a quality job.

It went very well. They are punctual and their prices are within reason. The work is professionally done and they do a superior job of cleaning carpets. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

This company made appointments and did not keep them, and they didn't call to say they would not be there?we never even received an estimate. By the time they did call we had already awarded the job to another contractor. As a result of their not showing up to provide an estimate for service, we lost time and have had to remove and discard the flooring, which will cost us an extra $2,000-3,000 above what the restoration contractor is charging. The contractor who is doing the work says he needs to remove the flooring because it sat for too long a time.

They brought in the drying equipments and left it overnight with us. They made me happy by telling it would not cost me hundreds of dollars. They were very friendly and helpful. They were prompt as well. The plumber said it would cost me more to dry the carpets but it wasn't too high. I thought their price was quite reasonable.

They also have a lot of different cleaning services. They are nice and they know what they are doing. I think the price is bit more, it could have been a bit better. They are reliable. They come out and do a good job.

They left everything looking as good as it did in the beginning. I was completely satisfied with the work.
