From scheduling to cleaning, the people were very professional and courteous.

Overall it went extremely poor. One half of the dining room drapes were shrunk, and they cancelled the delivery twice and gave very little notice of the cancellation each time. Once they finally did deliver the drapes, they did not take responsibility for the mishap, but tried blaming the age of the drapes, which had been tested twice by Coit prior to the cleaning. The service advisor never returned several calls by us regarding the correction of their error, and after repeated calls by us, they finally delivered the drapes in acceptable condition. The entire process took over three weeks, for a one week job. Worse than the shoddy work performed, was the total lack of professionalism from any of the people we spoke with, including the manager. No follow up was ever done, and worse yet, no discount for our inconvenience was offered, and we paid the full amount of the invoice. We would advise everyone to avoid Coit at any cost!

The tech was on time, courteous, professional and friendly. I was comfortable with him in my home. He did a thorough job in a timely fashion. The entire experience was pleasant.

We were very happy with them. I thought it was reasonable and he was very professional and did a good job overall.

Extremely professional. They may cost a little more, but the carpet is not soaking wet when done. I love the spray cleaner they give you when done. If there ever is an issue, just call and they come back and take care of the issue at no cost. We use them every year.

It went very well. I have had other carpet cleaners in because I thought they'd be cheaper but they leave spots. Coit came to get them out. We had a lot of spots on our carpet. We previously had a dog who was on diaretics. Coit made our carpet look great. I'll only use Coit in the future.

'A+, A+, A+'. My carpet was really dead because my grandson had spilled oil lamp on it and I really didn't think it was coming out. And the guy was so professional. He says we're going to use this. This doesn't work we're going to use this and if that doesn't work we're going to use this and there's one more thing, and if that doesn't work it's not coming clean. But it came clean with the first try. And it's excellent, because we were walking on it, so it was more of a spreading and I think they did an excellent job.

I liked their professionalism, they were on time, they did an excellent job, they put back everything they moved and they have been fine. We have had them many times. They also do small area rugs, they take them away and bring them a week later. I am due to use them again. They do a good job. Their employees are professional and they do a good job and there is no hassle with them. There is another carpet cleaner I called to give an estimate and they don't come to give you an estimate so you give them measurements and they give you an estimate on phone while Coit comes out and gives you an estimate. They come and pick the drapery, clean it and bring it back and hang it up.

Six or seven of the drapery hooks were missing. He got them put back up for me in just a half hour. He did a remarkable job and it was fast.

They will come in, take the drapes down, and clean them, pleats in them and they will re-hang them for you. Everything about them was wonderful. My husband had just had brain surgery and he passed away in September. They knew before I could bring him home the house had to be germ and bacteria free and they went way above what I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. I have them call me every three months because they will give a discount on something and sometimes it is 30 to 33% off.

I was supposed to be the first appointment of the day but they screwed up scheduling and they didn't start almost 11. Pathways were done, no furniture or underbeds and I still had some spots on carpet. Edges around baseboard not done well either.

They did a fantastic job would recommend them highly. got stains out that I didn't think were possible:)

They did a nice job cleaning the carpets. I think they did a good job for the money. I don't remember the price but I think it was reasonable.

They did a good job on the cleaning aspect. They were very prompt and they came out when they said they were going to come out.

We were given an estimate for the work by Mark, who scheduled the dates of cleaning and removed the blinds and drapes. On 2/21/13, Jim D. came and cleaned all the tile flooring, grout and carpeting. He was thorough and efficient. He then gave me an estimate for air duct cleaning. The great part about Coit's work, is that the grout and sealing were guaranteed for 10 years. Jim gave me a written guarantee, and said if there was ever a problem to call Coit, and they would send someone out to redo the floor grout and reseal it. THAT'S standing behind your work. On 2/22/13, Phil came and rehung the verticle blinds and the drapes. He repaired a backboard that was coming apart, and when he was finished, those window treatments looked like they did 25 years ago when they were first hung. My carpeting and drapes are 25 years old. My bathroom floor is 35 years old. We have five children and 11 grandchildren. I thought that my floors and drapes wouldn't last much longer, but now that they're serviced by Coit, we've certainly got several more years left before they should be replaced. Yes, Coit is a bit higher in cost, but if you get their 40% sale, they're well worth the price to have the job done right. You get what you pay for, and this was certainly money well spent.

It went very well overall.... the rep. even gave me a few extra pairs of booties until the carpet dried completely!!

They did a very good job. They were very careful to make sure that when they rehung them, the pleats were identical to the way they had been hung before, very evenly spaced.

I thought the pricing was appropriate; they are very good.

My wife and I just moved into our home, so we thought it would be a great time to get our furniture cleaned. The booking staff was courteous and professional (Saturday morning appointment was HUGE plus). Technician called on his way to provide heads-up. Upon arriving, he was friendly and professional. Provided detailed estimate (with Angie's list discount factored in). I was really surprised by the cost (over $300 for four pieces of furniture), so opted to let the couch go uncleaned to keep the job in our budget range (NOTE: technician was A-O-K with it and seemed to be okay if we had done nothing -- very low pressure). The primary driver of this appointment was a very dingy yellow cloth lounge chair (cotton fabric) and some smaller stains on a green love seat (microfibre) and faux suede headboard (microfibre). The technician applied a general cleanser to the extant of the furniture with a sprayer (think fertilizer) and then vacuumed each (I was surprised that he did not apply any specific spot treatments or anything beyond the general spray). The love seat looks great and the yellow chair is 75% better, but it is not great and the headboard's spots are still there. The technician cleaned up after himself and informed us of the drying procedure on his way out. Was also extra helpful in suggesting an upholstery repair company (some cushions separating from frame). We thought ~$200 was costly enough to expect complete satisfaction with each of the three pieces of furniture. Technician also badly soiled the sheets on the bed.

They did a decent job with the air ducts. But with the tile floors, they did not do the job that they guaranteed. They continuously charged me every time they came out to fix the job. They still till this day have yet to finish the job like they were suppose to. It was not colored and sealed properly. I would definitely not recommend them to others.

They roll up my rugs and take them to there business to clean the rugs. They are professional, timely, and do a fine job.
