Description of Work: THIS WAS A 6-HOUR JOB INVOLVING CLEANING ALL AIR DUCTS AND REMOVING AND CLEANING 20 REGISTERS. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY PLEASANT AND EVEN HELPED ME WITH A SMALL JOB I WAS STRUGGLING WITH. HE ALSO EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THE JOB ENTAILED AND SHOWED ME THE EMPTY VACUUM CONTAINER WHEN HE ARRIVED AND THE CONTAINER FULL OF DIRT WHEN HE FINISHED.

Description of Work: BOB, A REPRESENTATIVE FROM COIT CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE ON AIR DUCT CLEANING. HE SHOWED ME THE ESTIMATE. I NOTICED HE MISCALCULATED THE NUMBER OF VENTS. HE RECALCULATED, AND THE PRICE INCREASED $200. IF I HAD NOT CAUGHT HIS ERROR, I WOULD HAVE BEEN SURPRISED AT THE INVOICE AFTER THE SERVICE.
