It went great. Carol scheduled us for Memorial Day, since she already had other houses to clean on other days, and ours was a one time project. She and her assistant gave up their Holiday and spent 7+ hours working at our house. Prior to Memorial Day, Carol was able to squeeze in a couple of hours on two other days to insure the job would be completed by Memorial Day. She was very attentive. She called me whenever she planned to be at the house, and showed interest in helping us get the house listed as soon as possible. I am amazed at how quickly they got the work done, as it seemed overwhelming to me. We were thrilled with the job she did and how good the house looked when we walked in at the end of that day. I also appreciated how she worked with my schedule, meeting me in the early morning to view the house and give me an estimate. I found her on Angie's List and recommend her highly.

Carol is very pleasant and thorough. She and her partner worked for five hours nonstop to clean my Mom's very dirty house. Mom is 86 and unable to do any cleaning herself. Mom is very happy with the results, and Carol will be cleaning my Mom's home once a month in the future.

They were here for 3 hours, and I felt like they were milking the clock. The bathrooms look like they did before they arrived. They did a terrible job. I called her to let her know I was dissatisfied and she started to argue with me. She didn't have her own cleaning products and she used my bagless vacuum cleaner and I had to tell her to remove the dust from the vacuum.

Excellent. These ladies cleaned my house beyond my expectations. Due to health reasons, I was looking for a service to come and do cleaning services. I was very impressed. Not only with the level of communication but the level of service. I had interviewed other cleaning services and you could tell that Carol was very experienced. Due to some neglected areas, etc., it will take another cleaning or too to get it, as Carol would put it, "up to par". Right now, it's only at about 80-85%. I can't wait to see what 100% looks like. Even my 8 year old son said "Wow". Carol and Debbie will become a much needed and wanted part of our extended family.

I was prepping the house for sale and it had not been thoroughly cleaned in several years. Cowweb Carol responded within 2 days of my call for an estimate. She provided several estimates, based on whether I wanted to wet clean or dry clean walls, as well as depth of cabinet cleaning I was looking for, if they had to do it with furniture in place, or empty house. Since this is not the house I lived in, she also helped to look through supplies and pull to side (so not sold or removed in interim, I also had a person coming in to do house auction) those she could use to keep supply costs down for the work. As a side note, they came promptly and dealt with significant snow at house day of to still clean- since I was not local, unable to assist clearing path to house. They did a through job. They ended up doing cleaning of a house that all items were removed. When I returned for final removal of personal items, house was clean and in shape for walk through to close sale. I found reasonable to deal with them and job well done, recommend to others.

Carol was very kind and courteous on the phone. Came to give an estimate and said she would charge $50/hour for the first visit and $45 for the second visit. She guessed it would take 5-7 hours to clean the house on the first visit, which is the first and second floor of a 3 bedroom house (about 1900 sq ft). After the first visit, I felt they overlooked some things like the legs on the kitchen chairs and table, the tables in the living room weren't dusted and some surfaces were dusted, but not cleaned. After talking with her about it, she made sure to clean all surfaces on the second visit, but said that in general they mostly dry dust. She and Debbie were very nice and worked hard the entire time they were there (5.5 hours, and 4.5 hours). I thought the price was too high, especially since they used my cleaning products and rags (which I like because I'm particular about what I use). One thing I didn't like was that she said several times how neglected my house was and how dirty it was. Whether or not this is true (and I don't think its quite that bad), I thought that was rude and unnecessary. This is the primary reason I would not hire them again.

I expect a very clean house which is what I get. Carol is patient with my specific expectations: good sport with my idiosyncrasies. Extremely important are trustworthiness and quality of work which are present. A few things might not wind up placed as they were, yet that's a minor point considering the quality of the work.

My experience has been overwhelmingly positive! They are very thorough and conscientious and want to hear what you think. If you have high standards, this is the company you need to call. Their price is very reasonable and their work is excellent.

I felt her price might have been a little high. She goes by the "job" not the hour. I do trust her and it was a joy having her in my house. She's tall, so that is nice because she was able to reach the tops of my fans as well as anything high up. She also did an excellent job on the floors. The price listed is for two deep cleaning visits. I would recommend her.

Professional, but yet fun people. They came the day after, I called and they really did an A-1 job. I couldn't be happier!
