Not only did he not show up, but he didn?t call, and after I called he didn't call back until March 8 (6 days later). It wasn't even him, it was his apprentice who called back and left a message and at no time did he apologize or acknowledge that we had had an appointment. I don?t intend on calling him back. Also, I used them in the past for an outdoor outlet. When I had another contractor do a project at my mom?s house putting in a lift, he plugged into the outlet that the apprentice had worked on. That contractor commented that they hadn?t done a very good job; the screws weren?t tight and they could have done better.

The job was great across the board. He is great; he is very skilled and he knows exactly what to do. He is really good at explaining, he is very patient, and he always looks at things in different ways so he can help us decide on the best way to do things.

Dave was very responsive and professional. He actually came over on Sunday morning to do the work since it fit into our schedule. His price was very fair and we would be pleased to recommend his work to others and to have him do electrical work for us again!

Dave Kocis answered his phone promptly when I first called him. He made an appointment for an estimate within a few days. Dave arrived promptly, gave an estimate, and scheduled the work. He did the work when he said he would and did a good job. When I needed a few changes after the job was completed, he returned cheerfully and did the adjustment at no extra cost. I am very pleased with his work, his professionalism, and the courteous manner in which I was treated. I am impressed that he answeres his phone and is available most of the time. I recommend him most highly.

They determined that the wiring was safe. They also changed a light for us. Everything went fine with them.

Dave did a terrific job, cleaned up after himself and was prompt, courteous and completely ethical in my dealings with him. I called him back this summer as one of the GCFI's stopped working...he came back and replaced it for free! I would absolutely call upon him again and recommend him to others!

We would really prefer that contractors would be as upfront with us as we are with them. If they don't need or want the work just say so. We can live with honest and frank statements. Nothing worse than being led on by a contractor.

While doing a bathroom remodeling, our contractor noted that we had old and very dangerous Federal Pacific circuit breakers, and should have them changed. Although we did not want to start yet ANOTHER project, I mentioned this to some electricians who happened to be working in my office building. They said that Fed Pacific no longer exists, the boxes were a terrible fire hazard, and that we should run and have the replacement done now. I obtained three quotes from electricians rated highly on Angie's List, and Coach came in at the best price and with superb recommendations. Dave was responsive, on time, and did a very careful job. The other two electricians told us that we would have to do some wall patching around one of the boxes. Dave did a neat installation and no wall patching was required. The entire job took a little less than two days. He was responsive, on time, and clean. I certainly would hire Coach again. One note: The cost does not include the cost of the permit and post-work inspection. Since this varies from municipality to municipality, I excluded this item from the total job cost.

Called ahead prior to showing up. Quickly diagnosed a humming and breaker trip issue that turned out to be a damaged line in an improperly installed conduit on my 240Hz line to my dryer. Problem was resoved quickly and efficiently leaving no mess or damage. Excelent service experience!

Dave was in and out during the 3-week deck build. The first thing he did was move an existing outlet so a door could be installed in a wall. He installed a low-voltage transformer in the basement so he could hook up the low-voltage "mood lighting" he had picked out. When he installed the flood lights, he put a dimmer on them - something I didn't expect and that I LOVE! The outdoor outlet looks and works great. The low-voltage lighting he picked out for the railings is a perfect touch and makes my deck all the more impressive. Dave found some colored bulbs for the low-voltage fixtures and brought them over for me to use in the future. How cool! I've used Dave as an electrician before, and I'll use him again. I've already recommended him to several family members as well.

Dave started by doing the electrical work during a bathroom remodel. He installed a new outlet and a fan into the room. I was very happy with the work he did, so I asked if he could come and give me an estimate on converting my fuse box to an electrical breaker panel. He also installed a new meter and connections into my house. It has been very nice having the new breaker system! Dave did an excellent job. Yesterday (April 30, 2010) I was attempting to install a new ceiling fan in my kitchen, I was having a problem figuring out the breaker to turn off the power to the kitchen. I called Dave up and he came out the first thing the next day (a Saturday) and figured out that because of the wiring in my house, it took a combination of the breakers to turn off the power to the kitchen. While he was over, he assisted me in installing the fan!! That is what I call exceptional customer service! I am very happy that I called Dave and will definitely use Coach Electric again when I need more work done.

This was the first electrician I actually got on the phone on the first try who was willing to set up an appointment immediately. On the morning of the appointment, he called ahead to say he was running a little late, which I appreciated greatly. When he arrived, he quickly assessed the job and was done within an hour. He was courteous and professional and personable and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dave is very professional and responsive. When the service was complete he walked through the detailed invoice with me. I was so pleased that he is returing next week to install some GFI outlets in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Overall the work went very smooth. David quoted a price and we agreed upon a start time. He arrived on time and completed the work within the time frame he stated. Upon completion he cleaned up the area. Price was competitive and the work was completed in a professional manner. I was so pleased with his work that I am having him quote on additional work at my primary residence. I expect we'll start within a few weeks.

Everything went smoothly. Dave was prompt, professional and efficient. He made sure that we understood everything he was doing. His work is fantastic.

Dave's quote and final price were very affordable. He completed the job in a very professional manner in 2.5 days. Most of that time he was alone. That is how much we trusted him. I cannot speak enough about his professionalism and his price. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing detailed electrical work in their home or business.

The work was great. Dave's final invoice matched his quote plus he gave me some extra work at no charge on one fan switch set up. He's quick and quiet plus he cleans up after himself. He even bought the extra bulbs I 'd need down the road for replacements. I was going to have company over the extended weekend so Dave moved his job schedule around and worked later just so I could have the new things in place for my company.
