They were able to quote a price over the phone and stuck to the price. They cleaned up well after themselves. I felt comfortable with them.

I feel it went very well. I got Coach Electric from Angie's list. I called. Dave answered promptly, gave estimate and made appointment. His coworkers arrived on time for the appointment. As it turned out they had the wrong part. They immediately drove to a nearby store, obtained the correct part and installed it without difficulty. The final cost was actually below Dave's estimate. The coworkers were very professional. What they did was put the Whole House Surge Protector (a relatively small device) right in my main circuit breaker panel. It fits in just like a circuit breaker only it protects all the circuits from electrical surges. I was very happy with the service and would use them again should the need arise.

He came through on short notice in an emergency situation without charging extra. Recommended

Said he would call me later in the week and never called back. His phone has no room for more messages. Just all around poor service. I'm sure the guy does good work, but he needs to get organized or off Angie's List. At the very least they should remove him from their listings unless guidelines are followed, otherwise what good is a service to connect people to local contractors or help and none of your contacts answer the phone unless they are a large corporation. At that point you're no better than Google and I can use that for free.

They show up the same day I call them. He was polite and fast.

I was not home when he arrived, so my husband dealt with him. My husband said he was prompt and friendly. The issue I had, was that he put the whole house surge protector on the sub-panel, not the main panel which I did not discover until I got home after he was gone. Although the devise will assist in it's location, I was not happy that it had not been put on the sub-panel. I had a Groupon for this purchase and though I didn't expect anything above and beyond for the price I was paying, I do expect an electrician to know the difference between a sub and main panel.

Perfect! Weather was an issue, but Bill got there and got it handled in an hour.

Everything went well. Was difficult adding socket to bathroom. They had to work behind furnace where there was not much room. Also had to go into crawl space to insert wiring for pot lights for kitchen. I do have a little repair work to do but I don't mind. It really is minor touch up stuff.

Dave Kochis, the owner, did a fine job with what we needed. His repair of one ceiling fixture was very helpful in that we didn't have to buy a replacement. Dave was punctual, professional, and, congenial. I would definitely us Dave and his company, Coach Electric, again.

It was great! He is a Super Service Award winner and it shows. I appreciated that he got back to me in order to get the job taken care of quickly. He came out promptly, did an efficient job, I paid him, and he went home.

David picked up immediately and was very professional and friendly. I asked for a quote to have an HD antenna installed and several cables run. One Ethernet cable from my office on the second floor to the family room below and then two coaxial cables run into the attic to my office on the second floor. He gave me a over-the-phone quote of $400-500. I told him I suspected a quote we received from another provider may have been quoted wrong since it was $200 over his quote. He explained that it would be 4-6 hours with a partner, which is what the other provider said. With the information David provided I called the other company who came out to give us a quote. The other company took the second coaxial cable charge off since it would indeed be run with the other cable. However, they did say that the quote was not a mistake but that they will remove the charge since I am a first time customer. Thanks to David we probably saved close to $200 off a $750 quote. We would have gone with Coach Electric if David could have made it out in the next couple days (his schedule was one week out at the time). Also, since we already scheduled the other company, and being that they already took the time to come out, quote us and remove what we thought to be a redundant charge, it would only be fair to continue as planned. Although we did not have Coach do the work this time, we certainly will have them out next time.

The electrical work David did was excellent. He replaced my old fluorescent lighting in the kitchen with new recessed lighting and installed "puck" lighting under the cabinets above my kitchen island. He also installed a new ceiling light/fan for me. He was able to coordinate the installation of the puck lighting with the company who refaced my cabinets 2 months later, which I really appreciated. David also went out of his way to install a piece of wood underneath my upstairs bathroom that he noticed needed additional support after drilling one of the holes to put in a recessed light. How many people would do that?! I would hire this electrician again in a minute for any future projects. He knows exactly what he is doing and didn't create any mess.

I called and spoke with Dave to get his opinion on installing a new outlet in our home. Dave said he would probably be able to come out to look at the job (and perhaps do it) 3d later. He said he'd call to let us know about what time he'd be arriving. On the proposed date of service, we received no call and he didn't show up. It was an admittedly small job, however, we haven't heard from him still (this was about 2wks ago). I cannot speak for the company's pricing or quality of work, but we have moved on to a different company given the sub-par level of organization (professionalism).

Very prompt in giving us a free estimate and was able to get the job done fairly quickly. Professional and courteous in all dealings with them. Have already referred my neighbors to them for work to be done.

We were elated with the expertise, the professionalism and knowledge of the team. One could not ask for more as they worked to place the outlets and wiring in the appropriate places. It involved trenching through the yard, drilling into existing structures, and wiring. This was completed in such a way that the areas disturbed returned to their normal positions quickly. We would definitely use David and his crew in the future. We highly recommend him.

Very pleased with work. Very prompt, very professional. Very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after install. Pleasant personality. Able to adjust to schedule and cope with plan changes without fuss.

Excellent service! I called Dave in the morning and he said he could come over early in the evening to install our ceiling light and dimmer switch. He called to let me know he would be here in 30 minutes, and he was. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and very professional. The price was reasonable. When the job was done he cleaned up and even helped me move furniture back into place. I highly recommend Coach Electric and will definitely call with any future needs.

The service went fairly quickly considering hanging a chandelier is time consuming. The 2 installers were very professional and courteous

I must say that it went very well the electrical outlet seemed very simple and that went fast but the coach light was very difficult because there was no existing light there previously so there was alot of fishing wire through brick exterior walls which took a while but they got it done on a very cold spring day these guys can do work for me anytime .

Dave came out and quoted and did the work with additional team members. They were the only company that actually tried to see our vision of the completed project. Everyone else had the attitude of "it is just a small basement" Dave asked relevant questions throughout to ensure that the end product was what we really wanted. They took the time to cater to all the little details that made our space the best that it could be. They were punctual and professional. They will be our electrician going forward for all remodeling jobs.

It was overall a good experience

From the initial contact, we have been 100% pleased with Coach Electric. Even when we changed the plan at the last minute, the extra work was worked in with no issues. Today, the work was inspected and passed with no issue. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
