+ -1 moreThey were terrific - very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I know that if I had taken the laptop to another provider, I would have had to pay $100 even before I got any help at all. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.
Description of Work: My laptop was seizing and it was just a mess, and the internet connection was ridiculously slow. I took it in to Cleveland PC Repair, and he ran a bunch of cleanup software for me and found a bunch of spyware and other hidden things that the various anti-virus systems that I had couldn’t find or fix. He loaded on a couple of programs for me to run to keep things clean. He suggested that I get some more memory and where to get it from. He said that he would help me put it in when I got it.

+ -1 moreHe has gotten rid of viruses, installed a new hard drive, and had me install software that allows him to do remote diagnostics. He also once told me to return a 22 dollar cable that he could sell me for 2 dollars. I wouldn't use anybody else. He also recommended waiting until after October 22 to buy a new computer because of the new Windows 7 release. I've called him with questions multiple times at no charge.
Description of Work: He's done all types of computer service.
