Description of Work: This was no 1/2 hour quickie check; Dana was here nearly 2 hours! He checks/inspects/cleans everything: thermostat/batteries, every furnace part,electric,flue,blower and checks for gas leaks & carbon monoxide. Very thorough.

Description of Work: had problem with a/c condenser shutting off. dana was quick to find the compessor was bad, still under warrenty, took car of paperwork to replace bad parts. paid for labor and freon. r-22 very expensive. 1/2 the cost of the whole job. a/c works great and very satisfied with work done. thanks

Description of Work: Dana came out for an emergency service call to fix my furnace. He was very good, efficient, and honest.

Description of Work: He did some work in my personal home for me about 4 years ago. The work he did was okay. He also did some work for me at a rental property, which I was very dissatisfied with. I told him I needed him to come out and replace a thermostat on a furnace, and he came out without a thermostat and said he needed to take a special trip out to a home improvement store to get a thermostat. I told him to get the cheapest one he could find, but he got the most expensive one he could find and tried to charge me an enormous amount of money. I told him I would not pay that much. So I had one very bad experience and one mediocre experience with him.

Description of Work: Dana, owner, came out with expedience (within 2 hours on a saturday) to fix a furnace with a seemingly non-functional blower. While some contractors could have easily replaced unnecessary parts charging top dollar, Dana simply rewired faulty wiring and cleaned the ignitor, at a very reasonable price. When the furnace started acting up again 6 hours later he came back to re-assess the problem at no additional charge. I would recommend Dana to others and will most likely be using him to install a new AC/furnace unit in the near future.
