Dana, was on time and very pleasant. Explained services he performed, so I understood completely what he did. Removed his shoes and put on booties, because it was rainy out.

Dana is professional, courteous and kind and knows his stuff!! He showed me exactly what was wrong with the air conditioner and why. Explained everything to me - I enjoyed the education. When he serviced our heater, he pointed out we had the wrong filter and some safety concerns. He even checked our water heater (free of charge, didn't even know he was doing it) and found the vent to be insufficient. I feel safer now that Dana has been to our home and truly are comfortable. (He even entertained my little boy!) Thanks Dana!!! Look forward to having you back.

He came when he said he was. He did an inspection and there was a noise coming from the furnace and we thought it was something major but it was just the door that he fixed and he put new batteries in the thermostat. We had then replace the motherboard and every came out in tip top shape.

Service was promised but never delivered

this had to be be one of the great service and repair jobs we ever had. called them at 10 am and by 11 dana (owner of the company) was there right when he said he would. well he diagnosed the problem in short order and had the part rite on the truck.problem solved in about a half hour.everything was first rate from start to finish. i would just like to thank dana and his company for outstanding service,

What my husband thought was A/C condensation run-off from our furnace due to these past muggy weeks in NE Ohio turned into a running stream of water. I turned to Angies List for a recommendation, and found Dana. I scheduled a 9 am appointment for Wednesday when my husband would be home from work. Dana arrived promptly (actually a few minutes early, for which my husband was very grateful) and got started evaluating the situation. Turned out one of the original pipes were blocked. Dana provided an extremely reasonable quote for the job, which my husband immediately accepted. Dana had to run out to obtain a part, but returned and finished with the job within an hour. With the unseasonably warm weather, HVAC companies are probably inundated with service calls, and I'm sure Cleveland Comfort Solutions is no exception. While I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Dana in person, my husband was extremely impressed with him, both personally and professionally (and my husband's a born skeptic!) Dana's straight "A's" report card are what brought me to his company; but his exceptional service, professionalism and pricing will keep me as a customer. I highly recommend Cleveland Comfort Solutions to all Angie's List customers!

Dana was very professional and polite. He took his time and figured out the options that would work. He arried on time and did an amazing job. The way he moved the air conditioner and placed the wiring off the ground looks great. He was a perfectionist, making sure all the connections were securely sealed and that the lines were accessable for all situations. I will be using Cleveland Comfort Solutions for all my HVAC maintenance and if we have any issues. They did a better job than the original installer.

Our A/C unit had been freezing up quite frequently, so I read reviews on Angie's list and saw so many good things about Dana at Cleveland Comfort Solutions. I called Dana on Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday. True to what others reported, Dana called back within about 10 minutes. I briefly explained the problem and we had done to troubleshoot the issue ourselves; Dana made the appointment for 7:30am on Friday. About 7pm on Thursday, Dana called and asked if he could come earlier (that evening), and we agreed. So after checking the system, Dana determined that the system had a leak and recommended a system leak check. We followed his recommendations and had him perform a nitrogen leak check. He emptied the freon we had in our system and filled the system with nitrogen, and explained what he was looking for, and the points where the system could have a leak. He explained one of the potential leak points the shrader(?) valves, which he replaced before the nitrogen was put in, and "why should he go back and fix it later if he already had access to them and they are inexpensive to purchase?" Good question. He finished up for the evening about 9:30 stating that he would be back tomorrow (Friday) to check the pressure in the system. The bad news is that this check takes a couple of days and we were getting ready to get some 90+ degree days starting on Sunday. He came back twice on Friday and the pressure was holding...good news! Dana said he would be back Saturday for a final check and to do the repairs. Dana called just after 9pm Saturday evening asking if he could come over, of course, I said yes....90+ days looming....the system was still holding the pressure and Dana deduced that the leak had been in the shrader(?) valves that he had already replaced. Now it was a matter of evacuating the nitrogen from the system and recharging it with freon. After about an hour and a half he did some other testing and the system was running great. I was really impressed with the fact that as busy as Dana was, he made sure he got back to us and went beyond what I would expect any repair man to work. My husband and I felt comfortable with Dana's knowledge, ability, and personality almost immediately. Dana truly is a "rare" breed in today's world. He is a tradesman, not a repairman. We will definitely call him again in the future.

He is very nice, prompt, and polite. He followed up and sent his estimates right after he came out. I had no complaints about him and I thought he does good work.

He came on time. He is very considerate to put on boot covers before stepping on my carpet. He takes his time to check the furnace inside the home and also the a/c up on the roof of the apartment . He explained what need to be look out for.about my furnace blower. He also answered my questions about my noisy old style bathroom exhaust fan. We were very pleased with the professional promptness and appearance. Even though he had to contend with road work on our street, being unable to park in our driveway due to recent replacement, he still was cheerful and professional. We would definitely recommend this company.

Dana was professional and helpful from contact to finished job. They replaced my old A/C and removed all signs of the old one. Cleaned up when finished and checked in on repairs. They also fixed my April Aire Humidifier instead of selling me a new one. They were prompt and friendly at all times. I had estimates up to 6000.00 for the same job. Dana Wright of Cleveland Comfort Solutions showed up on time at 9 AM on 6/7/11 for the $59 A/C Tune-up big deal. My central air unit is 8 years old and 13 EER. I get the unit serviced every year by another Angie’s list gold star company for $30 more with coupon than I paid today. I didn’t know what to expect. Dana did more than the other company ever did and was very professional. He tested everything inside and out and cleaned the filter on the outside unit much better than the other company ever did. I would use him again and pay more the next time if he continues to do what he did this time. I recommended him to my neighbor while he was here. I am satisfied.

He was very friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. Overall he was a very nice guy.

It went well because Dana was knowledgeable and stop the cold air from blowing and more heat in the house so that I did not have to use my space heaters to stay warm.

Dana arrived on-time, knew what to look for and how to fix it, understood my questions, was able to explain what was wrong and what I needed to do to properly maintain equipment/filters, and even saved me some money by fixing an electric receptacle that I had originally intended to call an electrician about. He was professional, courteous and the price was right. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Dana came and spent time and fixed the furnace. Northern Ohio and a dead furnace is not a good prospect. It took 2 calls because of a circuit board that gave absolutely no indication of being bad. While he was at it, he replaced part of the heat distribution that more than likely messed up the circuit board in the first place. And he found 3 more filters that the installation people never showed us to clean. I would and will call him for a furnace check up come early fall 2011. Preventative maintenance is well worth the time, trouble and expense.

Loud noise in furnace needed new compressor. All done in about an hour. Works good as new or better because of gas pressure adjustment

I appreciated Dana calling me back within about an hour of me leaving the message about the broken air handler. He was very professional and informative. Unfortunately, I have a heat pump, which he does not service. I appreciated that he asked the right questions and was honest upfront about not servicing my system type. If I ever switch to gas, I will definitely give him a call.

Dana was on time and very nice. The furnace inspection and cleaning took approx.1.5 hour. Dana answered all my questions and gave me some recommendations. The price quoted over the phone is what he charged. I plan on calling Dana for A/C installation in the near future.

Dana did an excellent job installing and replacing our furnace and A/C system. It started with an initial quote where he was very thorough with our options and what was going on with our aging system. He presented us promptly with quotes and was able to start the job in a timely manner. He was very professional about his business but we also enjoyed having him around the house. He even got a card for our new baby after he was born.
