I selected this company based on the reviews and it is easy to see why they are all so positive. I submitted a message late in the evening and when I woke up there was a reply stating that I would receive a phone call around 8am. Dana called right on schedule and came over that same day. He quickly pin-pointed the problem (a filter) and had it changed in no time. He also cleaned the outdoor compressor and told me how to prep it for winter. ---- And he fixed a problem I was having with my garden hose!! Dana, thank you so much for your quick response and all of your help that day. We appreciate all that you accomplished, as well as your warm and friendly demeanor.

Excellent service and extremely professional. Responded to phone call immediately and arrived same day to give estimate on repair. Was upfront and honest about options and costs. No issues with the installation, and has followed up to make sure that everything is still working properly. Would absolutely use their services again.

He came out the same day I called. Checked to see why air conditioner wasn't working. Determined that it was actually a wiring issue at the service box. Since he also has electrical certification, he fixed the wiring and the a/c has been working beautifully ever since.

Good work for the price. New A/C works great (not sure about the furnace yet). Dana was a pleasure to work with, great at explaining what he was doing and answering questions. Installation looks clean and professional. Took a little longer than expected to complete the job, but not unreasonable. Overall very pleased.

Our furnace stopped working after a previous service call and installation of a new motor by a friend who is also a general contractor. The furnace would not hold the thermostat temperature and we would have to manually switch the furnace off and on to reset it about 4 to 5 times a day. Dana was very knowledgeable. He ran a series of tests and noticed that the igniter installed from a previous service call was the wrong part for our furnace. He installed the correct igniter and our furnace has been working since. There is no doubt that we need a new furnace but Dana's efforts allowed us to avoid the expense a little while longer. Dana was prompt, thorough, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We will always call on Cleveland Comfort Solutions for our heating and cooling needs.

I used Angie's List, which I just started using a month ago, to find a highly-rated, local HVAC provider to find and fix the problem. I had never heard of this company before. The provider scheduled an appointment for two days after my call, which was good for me as this was not an emergency. The provider could not arrive at the scheduled time but he let me know and asked if the time he could arrive (an hour later) was all right, which I said it was. I appreciated this good communication. Upon arrival, Dana quickly diagnosed the problem as the thermostat and replaced the thermostat, correcting a problem with bare wires in the process of doing so. I asked a lot of questions about the old furnace and he was thorough in answering my questions. After he fixed the thermostat, I asked him to look the furnace over and to let me know if anything else needed attention. He did so and stated that the gas supply tube should be cleaned out (which had not been done in more than a decade, if at all). I agreed to this and he dismantled the gas burner, completed the work in a thorough and timely fashion, and then checked everything out before leaving. He also checked the oxygen and carbon monoxide levels of the furnace (which were good) and let me know what they were. I asked about replacement furnaces for future reference and he gave me some websites and models to review. He explained things carefully and thoughtfully and without pressure. I should also note that he did provide me with an accurate cost estimate up front and then again when I asked for additional services. He cleaned up all of his debris and left the house as he found it. I will use this company again and recommend it to others. Thank you.

It went ok came out first day checked diagnosed problem there was leak in system which was hard to find he left his gauges on over night to make sure pressur was dropping he worked all day to repair problem its b

As part of an Angies list deal the following was performed on HVAC: Checked thermostat for cooling. Checked blower on furnace for cooling. Checked filter. Visually inspected blower motor and blower wheel. Checked condenser fan motor. Checked compressor. Checked all electrical connections at furnace and AC. Checked humidifier. As a result of the inspection, the AC compressor and coil required extensive cleaning due to cottonwood seeds covering the coils. The serviceman showed me the problem and I authorized the cleaning at additional cost. The service was done thoroughly and efficiently. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

The job went smoothly. Both Dana and Harold are great to work with. Work was well done in a timely manner. Price was average and on par with other estimates. Dana is very conscious about the home he is working in and the home owners. He even shuts the baby-gate every time he goes up or down the stairs since we have 2 small kids. Dana noticed problems with the gas line supplying our water heater and fixed it for us while he was doing the furnace work. We will continue to choose Cleveland Comfort Solutions to do any of our HVAC work. We would recommend them to anyone. Easy to contact and fast responses.

Dana is extremely conscientious and a hard worker. He came the same day we called and began installation within three days. He is honest and did a nice job explaining everything.

It went perfectly. I called Dana at 6:45am and he was at our house working by 8. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly, all for a reasonable price. Dana also fixed our humidifier and installed a new thermostat last winter. Same prompt and efficient and affordable service!

After calling and reaching a voicemail, I received a prompt call back. Despite it being one of the hottest and busiest days for them they still were able to come out on very short notice and fix the problem. The rep also went out of his way to show us what to do in the future. I would definitely call them again!

Dana came right when he said he would. Looked at our unit and removed the broken fan. Was back the same night to replace it. Very professional and an all around nice guy. Never pressured us to upgrade our old unit. That i find it be a great quality in a service man. The price was very reasonable i would definitely recommend this company.
