Excellent. They spent one whole day power washing and prepping. That in itself made our house look 100 times better. The job only took about three days. There are a couple issues that have not been addressed, but they are cosmetic and personal preferences. Their price was a little higher than some of the others we had gotten estimates from; however, they addressed all our needs. They were friendly and I felt they did good work (time will tell) and I would use them again.

The work turned out well. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I would call them again if needed.

Very well. Rick answered my call quickly and repaired the windows within the week. He charged below the estimate, because the project took less time than he had expected. What's more, Rick did a fine job. He arrived on time, repaired, re-roped, caulked, repainted the windows and cleaned up after himself. I also appreciate his sensitivity to cost; he gave options and suggested what we could do ourselves or wait to do to save money. He also is designing radiator covers for us and will do some significant plastering/ceiling repair. As a father or young children, he also worked well with two little ones milling around.

RICK CAME RECOMMENDED BY MY HUSBAND'S COLLEAGUES. WE HAVE A CEDAR SIDED EXECUTIVE-STYLE RANCH. RICK'S WORK ETHIC IS PROFESSIONAL: IE, HE WORKS ON THE JOB UNTIL IT'S DONE! NO WORRIES ABOUT A HALF-DONE JOB WITH RICK. IT WAS UNUSUALLY RAINY THE SUMMER HE DID THE WORK, SO RICK WORKED WELL INTO OCTOBER TO COMPLETE THE JOB. AFTERWARDS, HE OFFERED TO DO TOUCH-UP IN THE SPRINGTIME TO ASSURE THAT WE WERE SATISFIED. WE DID HAVE HIM COME BACK IN THE SPRING TO REPAIR SOME WINTER STORM DAMAGE, AND HE ALSO POWER WASHED THE DECK! WE HAVE ALSO HAVE RICK IN OUR HOME TO REMODEL OUR FAMILY ROOM AREA. HE IS CLEAN, HONEST AND THE ROOM LOOKS FANTASTIC! HE DOESN'T SEND ANY OTHER WORKERS TO DO HIS WORK, HE IS ALWAYS ON THE JOBSITE. WE WILL HAVE RICK BACK AGAIN WHEN WE NEED MORE WORK DONE!
