 + -1 moreIn December, 2020, Michael Cipriano severely damaged our new Kitchen Aid stovetop and oven while working in our home. He took responsibility for the damage agreed to have the stove either repaired or replaced. After several failed attempts to get someone qualified to repair the damage, he agreed to pay for a new stove in May, 2021. Since then, he has ignored all correspondence and will not replace the stove that he damaged. He seemed like an honest contractor who would follow through but has since then proven to be the complete opposite. I would not recommend Michael Cipriano to do work in any home or place of business.
Description of Work: New backsplash installed, grout, hood installation, minor kitchen updates
