+ -1 moreWe'd had a few other estimates for carpeting our basement and wanted to check into a local, hometown company. Walking in the door, I felt like I was just a neighbor, not another sales. We browsed for a good thirty minutes, and the owner, Carmen, was good at knowing when we needed his assistance, or when we just needed to look for ourselves. They have unbeatable deals. Judging from reviews of the other places we'd received estimates from, I can't imagine being happy with those others. As soon as we're able to secure funds, we will be returning to Charmin Carmen's.
Description of Work: We went in to view the options and get an estimated cost for the project. No work was provided as we have not yet decided what to do but in no way does that reflect the company.

+ -1 moreIt took them two days, they were prompt and the job turned out great. If I were to recommend their service I'd tell them to expect a reasonable price.
Description of Work: They took out the carpeting and put in new laminate floor in the family room, living room, bathroom, and on the stairs.

+ -1 moreWe went into the store for an estimate, which they refused to do. So we had the contractor come out. After a few days of no response, my husband called back and was told the contractor wouldn't take the job due to "lack of maintenance" on the property. This was after we told them the previous owner allowed their dogs to ruin the floors, which was why we wanted to replace it. The owner even cussed us out on the phone! This is horrible customer service, and I would never recommend them to anyone I like.
Description of Work: We just had a contractor out for an estimate.

+ -1 moreVERY PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION. INSTALLERS DID A EXCEPTIONAL JOB REMOVING OLD FLOORING LAYERS AND RELEVELING THE FLOOR. DID ALL CUTTING OUTSIDE AND THOROUGH CLEAN UP AT END OF JOB.
Description of Work: REMOVED AND REPLACED A KITCHEN FLOOR WITH NO-WAX FLOORING.

+ -1 moreVERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. PRICE OF MATERIALS WAS VERY GOOD, BUT LABOR COST SEEMED A BIT HIGH, ALTHOUGH THE INSTALLERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED SOLARIAN FLOORING ON MAIN BATHROOM FLOOR. ALSO REPLACED DAMAGED SUBFLOOR.
