Both windows installed were damaged. Apparently they were not inspected. They do look great but they should have never been installed. The installers and service manager have been very helpful. The sales person was very responsive initially. For what we paid I expected more. I did a lot of research and settled on Champion because they seemed like a quality outfit and delivered a quality product. We had four additional windows we planned to replace but they don't seem interested in our add on business since we expected our initial order to be done correctly. Perhaps it is because I had concerns initially about the color we selected and now they find me difficult to deal with. At least that's the impression. When you are spending 11k you want to make sure it is right. They do intend to replace the damaged windows but I now need to live another two months with unfinished trim. Two kids birthday parties and a family gathering planned in our home while we wait. Bottom line is inspect the windows before installation.

I am very happy with the window replacement Champion did for me! I plan on having them out again this year!

The service was outstanding. They did an excellent job. Sometimes the work was up and down. The workers were outstanding. They were right on time. They were true craftsman. They left everything superb. They took a long time doing the house and paid attention to details.

Our experience with this company was so aggravating that I cannot begin to list the issues we encountered. I will tell you that between the date the doors were installed and when they were finally taken care of I have listed fifteen (15) phone calls and/or occasions requiring service. It took almost four years to the day to accomplish what should have been resolved within a few months at most.

Champion did a fantastic job! We have received many comments on how beautiful the work is. We had unsatisfactory experiences in the past with other siding installation companies, but Champion started and finished the job when they said they would, communicated very well, and the work is top notch. Their estimate was higher than the other estimates by 33%, but we believe we got a higher quality product with regard to the materials, written warranty, and the demonstrated quality of workmanship...done right the first time and on time. We would highly recommend Champion to anyone looking for high quality work.

They came out and built a roof over my patio area. It didn't work out and so they came back and tore it down and rebuilt it and ended up having to do rebuild it three times before it was correct. I was pleased that they were determined to get it right for me and they did. I would recommend them to others.

The door is great, the installation experience not so much. The estimated delivery time was six weeks. After seven weeks it took two phones calls over a week and half to get the installation scheduled. When the installers removed the old door they ripped it out breaking the security system switch for the door which they said they were not responsible for fixing. There was also a problem with the deadbolt latch and it took three phone calls to get someone to come and fix it. The person that came to service the door was quick, courteous and made satisfactory adjustments to the latch.

I have been very happy with all their work. Windows still look great. Every so often there is a seal that breaks and they replace the windows without any hassle. The windows were about 7 thousand with financing, the siding was about the same. I would recommend them.

They have been wonderful to work with .The windows are stunning and we have been very happy with the craftsmanship. I would give them a 9 out of 10 only, because the sales person was supposed to come come out for a warranty meeting. They called to make an appointment for about a month later, but they were a no-show. I waited for about a week and I heard nothing back. I called them and the secretary said she would get back to us. A week later, the sales man called and said he wanted to set up another appointment. They were here on time for the job, they cleaned up their mess and they were helpful with answering questions.

The salesman was courteous and answered my questions. Another appointment was made for final measurements. The installers removed the old doors and discarded the material. The new door/sidelite and storm door was installed with new locks. Cleanup was nicely done. Everyone involved in the purchasing and installation of this job was professional and prompt.

Had them replace one large picture window. Came right out to quote and measure. Very professional folk then. Had to call to see if window had arrived. Didn't show up for 3 install appointments. Finally did show up and the installers were not professional at all. They almost took our screens from the two windows on either side of the replacement. Had to ask were they were - ends up they were in their trash pile in their truck. Left trash all over. Called later to find their ID they lost. A week later got a call about the remaining check that we gave to the installers.

It went great. What stands out is the overall product. The price was reasonable and they were very knowledgeable. Ever since they've been in, I'm very satisfied with the product. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Their workmanship was very poor and the quality of the work was very poor. I have installed the siding and one of two sidings was for follow up and then we had to call them to fix it. They have terrible work and we have paid $13000. The person who gave us the estimate, his integrity is very doubtful. I was very frustrated with the man.

The representatives were thorough and considerate. They removed the old door and installed the new door without difficulty.

I do not like any of it.. The window sills. The window trim. The price is way to much.. The lead charge.. I wish I had went with some one else..

The door was installed correctly and now keeps out all the cold air that was leaking from our old storm door.

They did a professional job and the sun roof was an enormous addition to our house. They did what they promised and it turned out we had a heaven like room with a sheet type that is $2500 cheaper than the metal type of roof. The quality of the material was exceptional. The quality of work was good. They had contractors who took care of the patio, because they used it to work on and they also had an electrical contractor. And they were all topnotch workers. So, I did not need other people to do some of the jobs that were not related to the construction of the sun roof. They were excellent and superior.

Started one month later than promised. Material used was excellent. Poor finish work/fixed. Poor communication between the workers and the boss. Work is still not done. Check back with me later | |Jack S. Bader

I love my windows and the service was good. They installed it quickly and efficiently. They completed the work in one day and cleaned up well. I have no complaints and I would recommend their service to others.

Tony and Aaron tore off old sunroom and hauled debris away in 2 days – Rebuilt framework and installed glass windows – New porch looks great – We are very pleased – Took 7 days.

Champion windows arrived when they said they would. We were told it would take 2 days and they worked so diligently that they finished all the windows in one day. When they finished they were miticulous in the cleanup. They even brought there own vacuum cleaner. we are extremely pleased with the workers and the windows.

The workers were prompt, hard working and cleaned the yard and bushes of nails and debris. The company representative who gave us the estimate showed us many samples and explained the different roofs.

Installed 2 large sliding glass doors. The doors were custom measured and fit as expected. The original doors did have some problems in being removed but the installers worked through the problem and re-frammed as needed due to the original door's non-standard installation. The installers worked professionally and quickly while focused on the job at hand. They cleaned up and removed and materials from the work site when finished. The price is not the cheapest around but that is because their quality is the best around. It is worth the few extra dollars to buy a good quality product.

This was a huge job for a very old house in Greenville, PA. I was more than pleased with their quality and their men. I have never seen anyone work as hard as the workers did on my house, ever, and I have had a lot of workers through this old house! They worked 10-12 hours a day and had a 1.75 hour drive, one way each day. They were extremely professional and very honest about their products and services. They are prompt, courteous and the quality is like nothing I have ever seen in siding. I had a $30,000 job with lead paint and many, many cuts that needed to be done around many windows and doors. The house is located on a main road and I have had so many compliments and comments about how beautiful it is. Although I lost some of the architectural details on my home, I gained a brand new looking house!!! Thanks Champion! Ryan was the installer of the replacement windows and he was very polite and professional. The women in the office, Rachel and Tracy, were always helpful and professional also. Although we were not happy to see the windows fogging up after only 4 years, Champion stood by their guarantee to replace any defective windows for free. We would do business with them again.
