Description of Work: Replace garden window less than 2 years ago. Window leaked and fogged up. Called company to fix, it took over 2 months for them to get part and now installation is 3 weeks away .

Description of Work: This is the worst home related experience I have had in the 35 years I have been a home owner. We contracted with Champion to have our home vinyl sided in August 2011. The work was "completed" in April 2012. There were so many delays that we lost track as well as broken promises-all in all over 35. The quality of the installation is now becoming questionable as we have had a water leak that is gathering behind the siding. This was fixed a few months ago but is now back. There were four or five other problems that Champion had to fix including a small section of siding that fell off. The employees were pleasant and tried to help but it was clear that the Champion team dealing with the vinyl siding was disorganized and completely broke down. You want to avoid Champion when it comes to vinyl siding.
