 + -1 moreWe think this company is fine as far as mortgages go. Our mortgage has not yet been sold by them to another company, so that is pretty nice too. These days mortgages turn over so fast, its hard to keep up with who you have if you get with a company who keeps turning that mortgage over to someone else. We like them because they seem to be pretty easy to deal with and pretty consistent in general.
Description of Work: The mortgage on our 2500 square foot home is held by this company. I want to say our mortgage payment is something around or about a thousand dollars each month but I have no idea how much money they make off of those payments exactly without researching the percentages told to me in our paperwork with them.

 + -1 moreAPPLICATION PROCESS WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, ACCOMMODATING AND QUICK, BUT MONTHLY STATEMENTS DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME OR CONSISTENTLY. WHEN CALLED TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THAT THEY STATED 'YES, WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT.'
Description of Work: HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT. HOME APPRAISAL WAS DONE BY THEIR APPRAISERS AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
