Rob arrived a few minutes late but was coming from another job. He did let us know in advance that he would be late. Rob performed all of his outdoor inspections in a light rain, but still took his time. Throughout the inspection, Rob explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. The current owners (an elderly couple) were there as well and Rob handled them with professionalism. We are first time home buyers and Rob related to us well. He helped us understand what were serious problems that needed to be addressed and helped us prioritize. His report was very thorough and demonstrated his knowledge of his profession. We were so impressed with Rob that we are retaining his services for our home improvement projects. We'll let you know how it goes as soon as it is completed!
