Description of Work: I spoke with Craig who said that I probably just need a trap that I can set myself rather than have them come out for a service call. They seemed more concerned about my problem than charging me, and in fact gave me free advice. If the problem persists, I would certainly have them some out.

THIS WAS AN UNFORTUNATE COMMUNICATION PROBLEM BETWEEN THE OFFICE CORRESPONDING THE MEMBER'S SERVICE REQUEST TO THE TECHNICIAN VIA NEW CELL PHONE TEXT SOFTWARE. THE NEW CELL PHONE THE TECHNICIAN RECEIVED DEVELOPED A PROGRAMING ISSUE AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE MESSAGE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER. WE WOULD EXTEND TO THE MEMBER AN OFFER TO PROVIDE SERVICE AT ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY AT A 50% DISCOUNT AS OUR APOLOGY FOR THIS POOR EXPERIENCE. I WOULD LOOK FORWARD TO PERSONALLY HEARING FROM MR. Description of Work: I CALLED BECAUSE AROUND THE FIRST OF JUNE I HAD JUST HAD NEW SIDING INSTALLED AND WHAT APPEARED LIKE MOSQUITOES WERE ALL OVER. I CONTACTED ANOTHER PEST CONTROL AND THEY WERE GOING TO COME OUT AND THEN I CONTACTED CENTRAL EXTERMINATING AND EXPLAINED WHAT THE BUGS LOOK LIKE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE CANADIAN SOLDIERS OR MAYFLYS AND THAT THEY WOULD JUST GO AWAY IN A FEW WEEKS AND NO ACTION WAS NEEDED.
