alterations
 + -1 moreI traveled a long distance to find out they were not open when they were supposed to be. I would only hire them if I called first. I was quite disappointed.
Description of Work: I took my draperies to them to be cleaned.

 + -1 moreI HAVE THE OLD 1950'S BLINDS AND WAS FINDING IT DIFFICULT TO FIND ANYBODY WHO WOULD COME AND PICK THEM UP TO REPAIR THEM. RICHARD WAS THE MOST POLITE PERSON I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SPECTACULAR! THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS AND LOOKED AT MY BLINDS AND GAVE ME A PRICE ON HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO REPAIR AND CLEAN THEM. HE SUGGESTED THAT I MIGHT WANT TO LOOK INTO BUYING NEW BLINDS BECAUSE OF THE COST. THIS IS UNHEARD OF TO ME. HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO BUY ANY OF HIS PRODUCTS AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE INVESTMENT I WOULD BE MAKING BECAUSE THIS IS A RENTAL PROPERTY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. ALSO, THEY PICK UP AND DELIVER.

 + -1 more**ALTERATIONS**THEY ARE WORTH THE DRIVE WAY ACROSS TOWN. HE IS SUBSTANTIALLY CHEAPER THAN OTHER PROVIDERS AND HE GIVES A DISCOUNT FOR PRE-PAYMENT. THE WORK WAS READY WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. THEY ARE FRIENDLY PEOPLE. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM AND I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO USE THEM.
