+ -1 moreI have not been able to get a hold of this company since I signed up. Every time I call in I am waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes. Most recently I waited for 25.
Description of Work: I switched my internet service over to this company after the company I was with could not provide DSL on my street. When I signed up I was told I would receive a free modem and a package of information. I have not received the packet or the modem.
