+ -1 moreUNTIMELY, MISSED TWO APPOINTMENTS; THIRD INSTALLER FINALLY SHOWED. OFFICE MADE EXCUSES ABOUT THE ORIGINAL DELAY. ONE RUG HAD FAULTY BINDING THAT HAS TO BE REPAIRED BY HAND. PUT DEPOSIT DOWN 6 WKS. BEFORE CARPET CAME. WORK TOOK FROM 9/15 TO 12/1.
