Cardinal Maids

Cardinal Maids was excellent!!! I would definitely recommend their service to others. The maids cleaned our home very thoroughly from top to bottom! They did an excellent job-very systematic and organized in the processed. My experience with this company has been fantastic and I would encourage others to schedule a service. I found this company via the great reviews and am soo happy that I gave them a try (I was hesitant at first-having never tried a cleaning service!!) They were awesome....I can't wait to have them back. Our home sparkles!!

The team showed up on time, got to work right away, finished quickly, and did a great job.

They came here and the first thing one of the people did was to sit on my driveway and eat lunch. That annoyed me. Probably, she was booked too much. I think they were thorough.

I could not have been happier with the work of the Cardinal maids. Not only did they leave my new apartment sparkling and ready for me to move in, they were pleasant, professional, and delightful people. I'd never used a cleaning service before and I was admittedly nervous and wary, but I would definitely recommend Cardinal Maids.

They are great. Not a single complaint!

I only used them and I do not even like them. They were not that good. I thought they were ungrateful. They were using all of my supplies instead of theirs. They missed a lot of things. They just did not come prepared in general. The price was good, but it was not worth it if you did not get what you paid for. I had problems getting in contact with them. They were on-time.

It went very well. The were professional, on time and worked in a timely manner. I felt for what I wanted they did a great job. I plan on using them again.

The cleaners were professional, thorough, thoughtful,efficient, and easy to work with. They had good ideas in addition to the requested tasks. I could not have asked for more!

Scheduling was easy. They let me know about when they would arrive (and were within ten minutes). They were personable and had attention to detail and wanted to do the job right. I only had them clean the high traffic areas, and those areas look great.

It worked out very well. It's hard to say. The supervisor of the team said that I really should get a refund because it was not going to take them four hours to clean that space.

It went excellent! T & E were very friendly and went straight to work. They cleaned everything and did a great job!! I would use them in the future.

Tara was very courteous and went above & beyond what we asked of her she worked very patiently with our change orders. I would definitely hire her again.

Recapse of the snow, they called to say they would he late, they worked efficient & quickly. They cleaned all wood work, doors, cupboards & registers.

It went very well. The girls that cleaned were friendly and did everything we had listed in a timely manner.

I had an excellent team of girls from Cardinal Maids. First of all, I bought the service online and they prompt emailed to set up a date. While waiting for the day of service I received several emails with complete contact information reminding me of the date of service. The date before the service I was contacted by one of the girls letting me know the time they were coming (even though the emails prior had this information). The girls showed up right on time, went right to work and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier. The company was professional in every aspect and I will use them again. Terah and her team was one of the best cleaning groups I have ever had.

These maids are great! Two young women came promptly and worked very hard. They paid great attention to detail and managed to dust very hard to reach places. When they were done, they showed me the areas that required extra elbow grease and pointed out spots where paint had been splattered on some of my appliances. I've never used a maid before but was so delighted that I expect I'll hire them to come back a couple times per year to dust those spots I miss day to day.

They showed up 45 minutes late - they called be about 10 minutes before they were to arrive to let me know they would be about 10 minutes late and actually showed up an hour after they called. The two ladies were nice enough, did a fairly bad job of cleaning the place. It was not a thorough cleaning - which I what I would expect for $125. The were here for less than 1.5 hours. Specifically: - the drain holder in the kitchen was not cleaned out - the shower was left dirty - it looked like she cleaned the shower and then stepped inside the shower with her dirty shoes and did not bother to clear it out. I had to clean it again in order to use it. - they only dusted on the surface - they did not dust the tops of the furniture - only the table top surfaces - they did not dust the pictures on the walls - they did not take out the garbage from the bedrooms or one of the bathrooms - they used some of my cleaning supplies (because I have granite counters and stainless steel appliances) and they just threw them in the cabinet - not taking the time to ensure the bottles were standing up-right. - they got the stainless steel cleaner all over the wood floor - the bathmats in the master bath were left damp and wet - I guess they did not bother to move them while they were cleaning or stepped on them with wet shoes The ad on Angie's list says 200% guarantee - but I would not have them come back to "fix" anything. I don't have that kind of time - they should have done it right the first time. I would never use them again - nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Updated 3/24/16: The owner or manager of the company contacted me. He reduced the amount charged to my credit card to $70 because I was not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. That was very nice of him and totally unexpected on my part. I changed the overall rating from an F to a D because the response to my complaints was handled in a professional and decent manner.

d They followed my directions but at times forgot to use the granite cleaner on the bathroom countertops and I had to remind them to not use regular cleaner like windex. They were for the most part thorough and completed the work that I had required.

I was very impressed. Not only with the cleaning, which was very thorough, but also with the customer service. I was at work and my brother was at home. He left his phone in my car. Tara called me to ask a few questions and let my brother use her phone so I could talk to him. After they were finished, Tara called again just to ask if I needed to talk to my brother before they left. I very much appreciated her thoughtfulness. I highly recommend and will be using their services again!

Team Ashley was professional, personable, and very efficient. When they finished, everything they worked on just sparkled. It was a very good experience, and I will hire them again.
