Cardinal provided 3 people who worked for a total of 6 hours. The job was done well.

It was an Angie's List deal for six hours of cleaning. I was told that two cleaners would come for three hours (2x3 = 6), but three women showed up and stayed for about 2 hours. I knew the house needed far more than an afternoon to get really clean, so I asked that they focus on the floors, bathrooms and kitchen. They got it all done.

Well! We have been using Cardinal Maids for several months. They do a thorough job and it is always well done.

At the time, I felt that the team that came out did a great job. After the fact, and after I had a chance to REALLY inspect, they did a good job. Things were missed that I didn't see on my first inspection. Just so everyone knows exactly what I mean: 80% done perfectly means a good job 90% done perfectly means an great job getting 90%+ is really difficult and you have to go above and beyond - it means you have to find things that I (or my spouse) didn't even know about and clean it perfectly. I expect a cleaning service to clean like we do, or better (tough to do though). Overall, I was pleased, but we've had to do additional cleaning.

said they were going to show up Friday so I locked my cat in 2nd bedroom and left lights on all day. got home, no work done. read email Friday 6pm from Cardinal Maids confirming the appointment for following Monday. checked my filed email and confirmed apptmt WAS for Friday. emailed my disappointment right then. no response. called owner on Saturday. no response. on Monday locked cat in 2nd bedroom again. about 8am I got call at work that cleaners couldn't find my house ... longer story short - had to confirm that there were no gates on my house with a sign that read "by entering here you agree to be searched" (they had showed up to the military installation down the road - seriously?!). I had to email them a map and then followed up with another call at 3pm to be sure they got there. what was supposed to be an 8:45am apptmt turned into a 1:30pm apptmt. didn't really matter as i was working all day but whole experience seemed very clumsy. an experience I had been looking forward to (I had never hired a cleaning service before) turned into a headache. Ugh.

Cardinal Maids did a great job cleaning my home prior to moving in. In fact, they had to clean the morning of our moving day, due to a tight deadline between our close on the new house, and vacating our previous house. Despite all the chaos of furniture being delivered, people coming and just a general flurry of activity, their two person crew did a great job getting everything cleaned. they were done in approximately 2.5 hours, and they even adjusted their cleaning routine to accommodate the arrival of furniture. I would use them again, and I would recommend them.

The ladies were off the charts amazing! I truly can't say enough about what a fabulous job they did cleaning the cat hair, and overall. Everything was "spotless" and the way they put things away for us and straightened up was so lovely. I had a long list of items for the ladies given my mother's apartment and her dementia---even bagging up some of the laundry for me to wash. Truly, the place looked so clean. I have them scheduled to come every two weeks to maintain it. My mother has dementia and so she accumulates news papers, magazine, plus she puts cat food in open containers in her refrigerator. These ladies were sensitive, listened so well, and went over and above. Honestly an amazing job. THANK YOU LADIES (Melissa & Marge)

While the maids were very pleasant and nice, moving can be stressful and with work I just did not have time to clean my new place for hours which in the end I had to go back and re-clean things that weren't cleaned in the first place. They were accommodating and able to work around the other vendors that were there but in areas that they said were cleaned, I noticed some things were still dirty (Ie the base of the toilet in the master bathroom, baseboards in bathroom, the whirlpool tub, dirt on the bathroom floor, etc.)

Johanna and Ryan came and we did a walk through at the first appointment. The house looks beautiful every time they clean. They are very responsive to special needs we have at different times. I am so glad I connected with this service. They bring all their own equipment and supplies. The payment is easy and there is good communication from the company.

I read on the website, what was to be expected from the cleaning and got exactly that. I appreciated that there was only a fresh smell afterwards (not the overpowering smell some cleaning aids leave).

They do a great job. The couple very minor requests I made were promptly addressed on the next visit.

It was great! Being able to book online was very easy and convenient and their super easy flat fee pricing is awesome! We were so happy with the team that came to our house- Johanna and Ryan- they were nice and professional and very thorough! They spent over four hours cleaning our new house- it is spotless and perfect. We will certainly ask them back!

The team was early and really set my mind at ease about the process. Early on, I believe the energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail were great but as the job wore on, it waned. Opportunities for improvement: *After looking around my place after they left, I noticed several places that were not cleaned completely: i.e. top of the inside of microwave, top of fridge, etc. *Needs either a stronger cleaner for grout or better tools to clean grout. . *They use your paper towels for the cleaning. *A final walk through would have been useful. *

They made a significant dent in the cleaning.

They were average-I do not plan on hiring them permanently. I do not feel like a whole lot of effort was put forth towards the cleaning.

I was always leery about hiring housekeepers because I always felt I could do it better myself and was insecure about having strangers in my home. These wonderful ladies have changed my mind. They do a very thorough job every time. The bathrooms are pristine after they are through. When I come home from work, I am filled with peace because my house looks so clean. They are friendly and 100% reliable, I recommend highly.

Overall, the team did an ok job, but the first team missed a few key areas. I contacted Nick with Cardinal Maids immediately. He was very apologetic and said he would send another team to clean the missed areas at no additional charge. The second team came back and did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond. I believe the measure of a great company is how well they handle issues because issues will always arise. Cardinal Maids handled the small issue exactly as they should have. My mother will be using their cleaning services in the future.

The cleaning went exactly as planned. I scheduled the cleaning for Wednesday at noon and the cleaners were there 10 min early. I ran out to do some errands and when I came back my house was exquisitely clean. Having one less thing to worry about makes my life that much easier.

First time they did a very mediocre/poor and slow job. I called to complain and they did schedule more people to come out and apologized. Second crew was better but I ended up paying a lot more than originally budgeted and still felt like the work wasn't done as well as it could have been.

Went very well. Let them know exactly what you want done. They were great!

Showed up on time and finished quickly and did a good job. I have no complains about the service.
