Cardinal Maids

One of the few cleaning companies that had that capacity for me to book online and pay without speaking to a physical person was a plus. They are very responsive to e-mails which is important when you're trying to juggle multiple projects at the same time. We hired Cardinal Maids for a move out clean earlier this week and the apartment was spotless after they left. The last thing we wanted to worry about was cleaning after we had just moved into our new house. Given their pricing, flexibility, and responsiveness, I will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

So, I will start with the negative to get that out of the way--the assessment of job and of price/cost was not very good, so I would recommend they improve their processes for that. It was fast, and respectful, and enthusiastic, but didn't ask enough questions to truly assess the depth and breadth of the job. That said, when the team arrived on the day-of and got a better sense for the job at hand, they communicated well and respectfully what changes needed to be made and we worked together as a team to figure out the new, actual estimate for the job and then get the team in to do the job. I thought that flexibility, responsiveness, and communication was very good. Again, I recommend they improve their quoting process, but everyone makes mistakes and what's impressive is how they recovered from it and worked to do the job that needed doing. It's not easy or fun doing this work, but they made it seem like they generally liked what they do.

Your company came highly recommended on Angie's List, after I googled local cleaning companies. The booking process on your well-presented website was easy, and one of the best internet booking experiences I've ever had (this is a result of a PROPER website)!! The follow-up phone calls,and scheduling was top-notch! The crew arrived as scheduled, even with their earlier cancellation, and my inability to be at my location at the preferred time, your company was very patient, and accommodating! The cleaning crew was very diligent in getting what needed cleaned, in the allotted time, and delivered! I will recommend Cardinal to anyone I know who needs a cleaning service. About 2 years ago, we used another company (in a different service area) that was not nearly as diligent, at nearly the same price.

Went smooth. Had a four bedroom clean and added inside windows and deep cleaning. Communication was great and their work was also great. Would use again and recommend. Very satisfied customer.

Perfect! Cardinal Maids vacuumed, washed floors, dusted, cleaned toilet and bathtub. Amazing that they were able to clean filthy oven. Looks great now. Outstanding job on refrigerator. Highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased with this service - last minute scheduled a deep clean. Couldn't take my house anymore and hadn't had time to clean. Team of two showed up for 3 hours and completely turned house around. Inside windows, baseboards, oven, grout etc. Above and beyond - made my weekend the house was so clean!

I don’t know how they clean because unfortunately we never got that far. My original appointment was 11:30 which was pushed back , cancelled, then on again with a new time of 1:00. I cancelled at 2:00 when they still hadn’t shown up. I got an apology email with 50% off a cleaning but I will be looking elsewhere.

I've hired them to come every two weeks. It's going very well now two months in.

I love everything about this service. First off, it is so easy to use since you schedule it online. You can add notes of things you want them to know - i.e. that you will be home that day, etc. The price is competitive to other companies. It is automatically scheduled and you get a reminder every month. You can edit or cancel if needed. Payment is on the card that you use for setup, you don't have to remember to leave payment, as it automatically happens when they are done. You can also pick the timeframe that you want, which is a nice perk. The same team cleans every time which in my case is great as Melissa and Eric did a GREAT job for me. They don't use harsh smelling products, but the place smells amazing when you walk in the door. Everyone that I have dealt with here is very professional. I am thrilled with this service and so glad that I found it.

We have had other cleaning services but Cardinal is better than our others. Everything is nicely done and Terra communicates with me before each visit to see what is needed. The payment is online and automatic and the reminders and internal reviews are user-friendly. We will continue to use Cardinal.

The team of two did a decent job of cleaning our home in two monthly visits. The second time, however, they neglected to polish the wood floor in our kitchen as we requested. Worse than that, they left our back door open. On a cold day in November. For any human or animal to walk in freely. Cardinal won't be coming back.

Really went well. Crew was on time. Professional. Very thorough and polite and my house sparkled. I have used other services, this was by far the best. I was impressed that I could schedule on line and Cardinal kept up with communication throughout the whole process and followed up with a survey. When we had a question following the service, the owner contacted us himself, on a Sunday! Great customer service.

I have used Cardinal Maids twice before. This was a truly exceptional experience! They arrived on tune, went about the work quietly and quickly. They were respectful of where they were and the church looked beautiful when they finished. Nothing but compliments from the parishoners, the visitors, and the staff. Well done!
