Completely careless. When Charles came to provide an estimate on gutter cleaning, he ran over my septic riser with his van and cracked it. I don’t know how that could've happened since it sticks 18 inches out of the ground! What was his van doing in the yard anyways? My neighbor saw him and Charles admitted it. Rather than following up, he disappeared and I haven’t been able to get a hold of him since. Don't hire this company!
