Description of Work: Tried to reach Paul twice and never got any response. This lack of professionalism is not something I would have expected from an Angie List provider.

Description of Work: Paul replaced an entire door knob that broke (a day after my ceiling fell down due to a broken water pipe.) Even though this was a small repair, he was so meticulous and exacting in getting all the door components to match and be easy to use. He was extremely professional. I wish this was a bigger repair so that what he did sounded more important but he was so impressive taking care of this small repair that I plan to use him for bigger problems in my home.

Description of Work: I purchased an exterior door and storm door at Home Depot. Paul picked them up at the store delivered them to my house and installed them over parts of two days including a new door knob and deadbolt . He was meticulous in his work and did not hesitate to ask my opinion when several alternatives were available to do a particular task. A good deal of preparation of the opening was necessary to fit the new door. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Description of Work: The lights and an electrical socket did not work in a room in our house. Paul came out and methodically diagnosed the problem then called me with the estimate. I authorized the repair. He went to the store, bought the parts, came back and made the repair. I use Paul all the time so I have established trust with him. He emailed me the invoice and I sent him a check. Paul is methodical and intellegent. He works through a problem and is not prone to give instant answers As I said I use him all the time and I hate to call anyone else. I just hope he does not get too busy, Joe Kay 216 403 6553.
