C-Town did a major job for us.We had hail damage from 2010 and they replaced our siding, gutters and did blown in insulation.We immediately saw a difference in our heating bills. Our house really wasn't insulated before.Looking at our house now, after 8 months I'm still happy with the look of our siding.The gutters, well, they work and look good.The group was professional and friendly.

Crew showed up on time and completed all work in a timely fashion, Cleaning up after like they were not even there. 1st door was installed although it was not the correct door they corrected problem within a week. next phase was redoing garage which was done on a holiday weekend which kind of impressed us. Came out the following Tuesday to side house & replace gutters. They did just a great job. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to redo there house. Extremly knowlegable & a great price

I thought they did a nice job. They got all of the materials and really cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a form to file with my taxes for an energy efficieny credit. I didn't even know I was eligible for that, they reminded me.

The two men that came out to do the work were conscientious. I am satisfied with all aspects of their provided services.

We developed a pretty dramatic leak in our breakfast nook whenever it sprinkled - and it was a wet summer! After a terrible experience with another contractor, American Roofing (reviewed elsewhere), we called C-Town to come take a look. Dennis got back to me in a few hours and was out to look at the problem the next day. He sent me a very reasonable quote and followed up with a telephone call to discuss the problems that he thought were most likely causing the leak. He was very clear that he couldn't be 100% sure that the work would completely fix the problem - there was a second potential problem area having to do with the rubber roof originally installed by American Roofing. He also informed me up front that they were very busy and it would be a few weeks before they could get to it. They ended up showing up earlier than promised to complete the work and did so quickly. They cleaned up so well that I wasn't even sure they had been there until I realized that there was new gutter on the house! A few weeks later, I saw a tiny drip in the nook. I called Dennis and two of his people were out to look at it within 2 hours. They did some patch-sealing on the rubber roof (which they didn't charge me for!) and the contractor (Mike?) gave me his home number and told me to call right away if it leaks again. I have nothing but praise for C-Town and their people. They were very responsive and professional. They communicated well and provided great service at a reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone and will call them again when I need work done.

They are the kind of contractor that I always look for. They were on time. The owner himself came out and assessed what needed to be done. He could have arranged for roofing and insulation, but he said that I didn't need a roof so he was very honest with me. He pointed out exactly what the problems were that were causing water to get in the house. It had nothing to do with the roof. It had to do with the way the roof was put. Actually it was the roofing company that caused the problem. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. They completed the job in one day; there must have been sixteen trucks here. I was very happy with him and he was a very pleasant guy. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Our builder suggested we use C-Town as they did the initial siding on our townhouse. The builder contacted C-Town on my behalf, and I called them directly to verify if/when they would be out. I sent them a check for the work ahead of time for the agreed price (they came out to see the damage before quoting me) and the work was done as specified.

Overall, if all encounters with service providers went as this one did, the BBB and Angies' list would go out of business, IT WAS GREAT! Dennis spent a lot of time with me going over the details of our wants and needs regarding insulation and energy savings. He is professional and courteous, as well as all those I have spoken with at company.

They did beautiful work.They were fast, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.

We have been building a new home for our family and we inquired with 3 companies on completing the insulation and complete exterior including all windows. After getting quotes and meeting with the companies, we decided to go with Mr. Paglio for a few reasons. 1. He was very informative and detailed on what they were going to do. 2. They offered a certified energy auditor with all of the right tools. 3. There past performance for our existing home. The job was completed to the exact estimate. My house is old. Built in 1940s. I realized due to high heat bills my house was not energy efficient. Thru research I realized I first needed an energy audit. I called C-Town and made an appt. with Dennis. He showed up on time which was a good sign. He did the energy audit in a couple hours and made some recommendations. Within the next few days I received a quote from them. I agreed to have the windows replaced, vinyl siding installed with insulated backing, new gutters, and insulation installed in my attic and walls. They also did some air sealing throughout the house. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. They held their price even tho some small changes were made. They were on time and very neat. I believe this is the most respectful and professional company I have ever hired. I am sure to use them again for whatever need I have in the future because I trust them.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely professional and clean. My heating bill this winter went down appx. 30%. I would recommend Ctown to anyone ! Thanks Ctown !

The entire experience was a pleasure ! From the sale, audit, and on through the installation. The installation crew was very neat and kind. We sincerely would recommend CTOWN to any of our friends and family. In addition the price was less then any other estimates that we had (2).

This company will get the job done, but will not go the extra mile.

I initially called another company, which is an Angie's List contractor. The owner of the other company was swamped with work and unable to get to my home immediately, referred me to Michael Paglio of C-Town Construction. I spoke with Mr. Paglio over the phone providing him with the detail of the problem I had of the snow on the roof sliding off and pulling the gutter away from the house. He was very courteous in listening and asked the pertinent gutter questions. He informed me that he was in the vicinity of my home and would take a look at the damage. From my description of the damage, he was even informative as to an estimate of what he thought it would cost before he saw the house. Mr. Paglio did get to my house the same day, the telephone estimate was right on and he replaced the gutter that afternoon. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the work that his company performed.
