First, I found these folks on Angie's List. We called them and got right on their schedule to replace the windshield for a reasonable cost. They were able to replace it in a couple of days and they came out to my house. They arrived promptly on Friday, as scheduled, and within 1/2 hr the windshield was replaced. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very happy with their service and availability. We didn't drive the car Friday to let the glue set. When we took the car out on Saturday, my daughter, in the passenger seat, said there's three scratches on the new windshield. They were on the inside of the windshield and when you looked from the outside you didn't see them. Well, we called C Auto on Saturday and they were very apologetic and sent their truck out to my house again on Tuesday and promptly replaced the windshield one more time. Their fast response was greatly appreciated, as our daughter was taking the car to Florida on Tuesday.

Execllent...set everything up by email. Car was taken right away and done in just over one hour.

My windshield cracked due to extremely cold temperatures last week. After hearing if C Auto Glass from a friend who was very pleased, I called them and made an appointment for the following day. They arrived within the time block as promised and installed a new windshield in my vehicle. There were two gentleman and they were both very friendly, particularly Andy. The price was VERY fair and the fact that I didn't even have to leave my house was an added bonus. After having work performed by this company, I see why their ratings on Angie's List are so high. I first heard about the company when they advertised on Groupon for windshield repairs. I purchased a coupon to repair the chip for I believe $30. The employees were polite and efficient. The Groupon was accepted without any problems - they didn't surprise me with any additional charges last minute. The technician took the car in promptly and before starting, he explained to me that the repair was not a cosmetic fix and I would still be able to see the blemish - the repair would just be stablilizing the chip so the windshield did not and quot;spiderweband quot; or crack. He also explained that, while it had never happened in his years of experience, there was a slight chance that the windshield could crack during the repair process. The windshield did not crack, and while the blemish is still there it is smaller and better yet, the repair is holding one year later !

I've used C Auto Glass in the past with good results, but even though I thought of them first, I still shopped around. C Auto Glass won again, based on price and convenience. Their price, actually, was MUCH lower than competition. I had a new windshield with a couple of days of my phone call. I'm a happy returning customer.

Easy and painless process with no surprises. I searched for windshield replacement companies here on Angie's List, found a few, requested the quotes. C Auto Glass won on price and convenience - I didn't have to take the car anywhere, they came out and replaced the glass while I was at work.

The process couldn't have been easier. I found their website, requested a quote, checked 'em out at the BBB (A+ rating, by the way) and scheduled the replacement after receiving the quote via email. They came out to our house (no extra charge) and replaced the windshield. They were efficient and professional, plus less expensive than the windshield repair company with the catchy jingle on radio. Would recommend C Auto Glass to anyone.

Excellent service! I was referred by State Farm Insurance glass claims. My questions and appointment scheduling handled professionally and efficiently. Technician phoned 20 minutes before arrival during the window of time given, was prompt, professional and thorough. Windshield is identical to the previous one, minus the BMW logo. No problems whatsoever. The $100 I spent was my insurance deductible.

From the woman that answered the phone at the company on Friday, thru the installation and clean up, they did a swell job. They gave me the estimate on the phone, and the price was the best. The technician called ahead by 10 minutes, which was a nice courtesy. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate using this company again. 100% satisfied.
