I was in a bit of a hurry to get everything moved and the guys were running a tad bit late (van would not start). This put me in a bit of a panic as I had a small window to get things moved before I had to be to my next appointment. The office called and told me they were running late, so it was not a surprise when they showed up. I appreciated that call. The two guys came in and I explained my time situation to them and they put it into high gear. They took great care in protecting all of my furniture by wrapping things in blankets and plastic wrap. They took the same care when they unloaded everything in my new office. They were a real class act and they did a real great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a mover.

Everything went well. They arrived within their scheduled start and contacted me as to the exact time they would arrive that morning. They worked continuously. They communicated well with me and my family as to our wants and needs for the move. They were prepared, professional and worked until the job was done.

The crew arrived right on time! I purchased a deal on Angies list for a 2 man crew for $215, for 3 hours. Overtime charges would apply if the move took longer. I accepted the additional of a third crew member, at additional charge per hour, to be sure the move went as quickly a possible. The crew worked quickly and efficiently with minimal guidance. They took great care to protect my furniture! Each crew member was warm and friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. The move was completed in exactly 3 hours! I highly recommend this companie's services and would definitely hire them again. Moving can be a nightmare, my move was a dream :)

The day before I was expecting to have my furniture and household belongs delivered in Florida, Bright Eyed suddenly appeared. Not only was I surprised but extremely happy to see them after sitting in an empty house after two days! I was always able to contact this company. Their entire staff was extremely polite, helpful, responsive to telephone calls, courteous and professional. I was assured my home belongings would be delivered on time and there would be no price changes when they arrived. I had done extensive research on the leading household moving companies and was discouraged by the extensive bad reviews I read. After getting on Angie's List and finding Bright Eyed, I was astonished by the wonderful reviews this company had received. I did not find one negative review anywhere for them. A woman they had previously moved to Florida was so happy with them that she invited them to all out to lunch when she found out they were back in the area. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with this company. They rock! I give them a 300%+ rating and highly recommend to anyone. Lastly, not one single item of my belongings arrived broke or damaged.

Bright Eyed Moving arrived on schedule Thursday 11/12 to move our three bedroom house from Kent, OH to Tampa,Fl. The movers greeted us with smiles and began the moving process. What could have been a stressful moving day was instead a great day! They took care of and provided solutions for some of the more delicate and difficult items to pack/move. They made my wife and I feel comfortable and confident our items were in safe hands. We also had items we could not take with us and they removed these items from the house also, which we greatly appreciated. The movers arrived on schedule during the unloading process into a storage unit. Our items were unloaded with care and thought. They meticulously arranged the items in the storage unit to protect them and maximize the available space in the unit. We will be using Bright Eyed Moving again to move items from the storage unit to our new home when we are ready. We highly recommend Bright Eyed Moving!!

I contacted Spencer 4 days before my picking up furniture. Originally we decided to use UHaul to keep price low. However, decided it would be too much work on us. After speaking to several moving companies we decided on Bright Eyed for our move. I will admit I was very skeptical. It seemed much too easy and seamless from my numerous conversations with Spencer. The day came and we had to alter our meeting time which was accommodated. The whole move was so great. It was accomplished in one day from Michigan to Ohio. The guys were truly wonderful, professional and an unexpected pleasure to make a challenging move easy. If you are looking for a moving company give them a call. They weren't the least expensive (didn't trust those cheap ones anyways) but I believe they were very reasonable. I highly recommend Bright Eye. Give them a chance because you will be happily surprised with such ease and professional help.

Two professionals form Bright eyed moving contacted us the day before of moving. I had signed the contract with Spensir beforehand and he was very professional and answered all questions to my satisfaction. His crew arrived on time and handled everything very well from coordinating, packing, and making everything least stressful. I reached Columbia on wednesday and they arrived 1 hour later, on same day and helped set up everything by same day.

They were polite, on time and very accommodating.

It couldn't have been better. It was more costly than the other Moving company that we received a quote from, but the other company gave us an estimate that we thought was WAY too low, based on the weight they assumed she had and I knew that this other company would probably have to increase the final cost to double what they were telling us. Bright Eyed helped us in a very stressful situation. My daughter had to move quickly, but there were many factors involved regarding a final date for the move. Spensir was more than cooperative and worked with us more than we could have hoped for. They came to Texas, came to the house the next day with the truck, loaded a lot of her 4 bedroom house in approximately 4.5 hrs. and drove to Pittsburgh with just her things on the truck. It was such a relief to not have to worry about her things beings being lost, stolen or damaged. They took extreme care of an antique rocking chair she had. Just not having her things in a truck with other people's things, knowing that her delivery was the only one being done, and not having an up in the air delivery date, made this move so much easier than we could have anticipated. Matt and Scott worked so hard and were so kind and professional, we appreciated them greatly. My daughter has a 3 yr. old and has a 6 wk. old. She really needed her things in a timely manner. This was accomplished with no problem at all. We were delayed in our return and were not able to be there for the delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. My other daughter was there for delivery and was also impressed with the expedience of the delivery. They took some things to her storage locker on the first level as well as taking the bulk of her items to her apartment on the 2nd floor. If you are greatly concerned about your move, the delivery date, the care of your things, the professionalism, the kindness of your movers, you need to hire Bright-Eyed Moving LLC. They were the best, and well worth the cost.

The entire day went smoothly. They were running a bit ahead of schedule and called to see if I was ready to get started early. When they arrived, they did a quick scan of all of the furniture and boxes and Spensir gave me a run down of the contract and costs. Once all of the paperwork was signed, Spensir and Joseph got started quickly and moved very efficiently. They were very friendly and fun to work with. We got the entire move done quickly and without any hiccups. They loaded, drove, and unloaded all of my belongings in a little over 3 hours. they took great care to make sure that things were packed safely and securely in the truck. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. They were very helpful getting furniture set up where I wanted it. I highly recommend Bright Eyed movers to anyone looking! I would gladly work with them again.

I had a last minute move and when I called around for a mover, the first two were rude that I wasn't more prepared! I went to Angles list to find a more professional team which I did in Bright Eyed Moving. They assured me that they would help me through this hectic time for me. The friendly staff was prompt and eager to help me. I am a challenged person and not capable of lifting much. They took such care packing and helping me, that I was feeling so grateful already for their services! The rest of the move went smoother than I imagined and once my things were at my new home, they were equally as helpful getting me organized and situated. What a wonderful team I was so lucky to have hired. This new business is so in touch with what good customer service requires (what many others have lost touch with) that I have NO doubt they have a very "Bright" future in business!

I made the appointment for them to show up at 11am, in which they were actually 15 min early. True to the name, they were bright eyed with smiles on their faces. They were beyond professional and helped me move with ease. The entire process was enjoyable and made me completely care free. Everything was moved safely and without incident. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know that is moving. Wonderful company with wonderful employees.

They sent 3 movers who showed up 15 minutes late but they called to update me before hand on their arrival time. The guys definitely showed up bright eyed and it was hard to keep up with their energy.

They were prompt and professional. To be quite frank these guys are some of the hardest working guys I have ever met. I actually enjoyed moving!

It hey made moving easy and worry free

This company did a very nice job moving my boxes and furniture from an apartment to a house. They were quick and efficient and took care of my belongings. I am looking to hire them again to move some odds and ends from other locations. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I called Bright Eyed Moving for a last minute move. I was connected with Spensir (who obviously knows his stuff. He set me up with a very efficient move. He was also very knowledgeable about self storage and sent me to a really nice local facility. The movers arrived on move day early and were way more awake and ready to go than I was. They quickly loaded the items into the truck(I had a lot of stuff). It was a warm day at 87 degrees but they seemed unaffected. I thought the price was fair and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend.
