+ -1 moreCALLED TWICE TO HAVE A DRAPERY CORD REPLACED. BOTH TIMES SHE WAS PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO HER. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. USED SOMEONE ELSE.
